Another musical for you: Across the Universe. The songs are all Beatles songs, setting is the 60s USA.
In case no one has suggested it: Moulin Rouge. The songs, the visuals, the acting. All fantastic.
Also, Trolls lol. Anna Kendrick knocking it out of the park again.
I hope that JV watched "In The Heights"🎶!!! And another movie that doesn't seem to get much recognition in movie reactions is "Cabaret"🥂.

So Alexis Knapp (the girl who played Stacey, who had a baby) got into a car accident prior to filming season 3. I think that's why she got that storyline on season 3 because she's recovering from a leg injury.
Pitch Perfect 3 may be the last movie of THIS series, but if you watch the movie A Simple Favor, you'll see that she dates and then becomes a martial artist/deadly assassin. Anna Kendrick is a psychotic chameleon, doing her part by contributing to the collective global insanity. She's like a cute little gerbil that may pounce and shred your face. LOL. I love you Anna
If you're good with a more emotionally heavy musical, The Last Five Years is brilliant, and also stars Anna Kendrick 😁
That guys name in the movie on the yacht was the late “Burt Reynolds”. The movie looks to be “Smokey and the Bandit”. Cheers

By the way, I can't believe you edited out the scene where Emily (Hailee Steinfeld) runs into the room and says "alright ladies, pick up your tits." LOL. That was a classic from this movie.
I would watch an entire movie of cut scenes and bloopers from this trilogy, lol.
the riff off and the cheap thrills performance are some of my all time favorite pitch perfect performances
i really liked this movie even tho it was so over the top with some of the stuff they did but thats what made it even better haha
gotta admit i think this is the movie I've watched most in my life, like the 1st pitch perfect movie I've watched manyyyy times, watched harry potter even more but this movie probably the one I've watched the most cause the jokes are just too good and the songs are great as well

Some of my top movie musicals/movies with music components: Evita (1996), The Wedding Singer (1998), Moulin Rogue (2001), Phantom of the Opera (2004), Across the Universe (2007), Jesus Christ Superstar (1973), Cry-Baby (1990), Mamma Mia! (2008), Little Shop of Horrors (1986) -- these are in no particular order, I was just looking over my DVD shelf. LOL I also love pretty much everything Tim Burton has worked on -- Sweeney Todd, James and the Giant Peach, Nightmare Before Christmas, Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, his Batman films -- I love them all!
The aquarium that the Bellas perform at in the beginning is the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta! It's the only aquarium in the western hemisphere that has whale sharks, and I believe the tank they're in is the biggest aquarium tank in the world.
Also, if it makes you feel any better, the actresses that play Cynthia and Emily do actually have successful music careers! So if you want to hear more of their voices, you're in luck. 😊
By the way, the last song that Becka sings is Freedom 90, which is a George Michael song, from I believe the 80s or 90s.
