SO, zac broke his jaw in the accident and had to get it horribly reconstructed unfortunately lol. Also Zac and vanessa dated for a very long time and were famously known as Zanessa. Ill never forget leaving the movie theater with my parents and calling my best friends on my flip phone hysterically crying telling them life was over. These movies are why i am who i am.
5 years for zanessa 7 years for Vanessa and Austin and she’s married to Cole Tucker now
I cried SO much at the end of this movie. I really loved these and it was my biggest dream to be in a movie like this when I was a teenager.
I was a senior when this came out, definitely made it more emotional.
Zac Efron is in The Iron Claw and he had a eye accident. That is why he was wearing sunglasses indoors when he made appearances on the Today Show and the Kelly Clarkson Show.
I highly suggest the show as well!! The premise is the real drama dept at east high where they ‘filmed’ hsm puts on hsm the musical! It’s so great, old songs, new songs.
29:10 my school got a standing ovation for something rotten after the song called “it’s a musical”. The song had a kick line and many references to other musicals etc. it was the best feeling

Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus are the same person so I'm not sure how you got them mixed up 🤣
The High School Musical show has nothing to do with the movie, really. The show was inspired by the movie. It's basically about the drama students who go to the actual school where high school musical was shot at. Also, each season is a different musicals with season 1 being high school musical.
Imo the movies make the show look bad, it is bad lol 😂
I love all of the HSM movies. Yes they were together for a while. I watched Saved By The Bell back then Its so good. I would love to see you react to HSM The Concert.
I remember seeing this in the movie theater I was so young 😅💕 oh and my prom was horrible because they only played rap music. Absolutely no slow songs we’re played so I could not slow dance with my boyfriend 😢 it was the strangest thing because they played slow songs at the middle school dances but they did not want us seniors slow dancing. I paid so much money to go only for me, my friend and my boyfriend to stay for 30 minutes. We did end up going to apple bees and target afterwards in our outfits which was fun.
I remember watching this in theatres. I was in the 10th or 11th grade at that point and had that "fear of the future" feeling already. It was super emotional for me for sure

"Zanessa" Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens were the Justin & Britney of our generation 😅 they were the "it" couple of Disney back then! Sadly they broke up shortly after HSM movies
4:41 they were together during Al 3 movies and a couple years after but then broke up and it’s always been unknown on why they never talk anymore/friends/see each other

He was in a car accident and he also slipped, broke his jaw and had surgery to fix it as much as they could
Stanford where Gabriella went is in California. Not Connecticut & Troy went to Cal Berkeley. UofA is in New Mexico about like 15 hours away. Cal & Stanford about Hour give or take from each other.

I went to my senior prom. My date (from another school) cancelled on me 3 days prior. Ultimately decided to go by myself. Come to find out my best friend got in a argument with his girlfriend on the way there so they weren’t really spending time together at the dance so me and him hung out and had an absolute ball. Our football coaches showed up too so we hung out with them and it turned out to be a great night. Also went to the after party the school setup at the local bowling alley, we didn’t plan on going until it ended up being just us. The after party was great too. A night We thought was ruined ended up being a great night.

Yes, we did promposals at my hs! Nothing super crazy, but the average person got at least a sign made with the question by the person asking them to prom
I saw this movie in theaters with my youth group. I hadn't seen the first 2 movies, so I had no idea who any of the people were or what was happening
