Most can understand Tyr's relationship to Zeus from a Proto-Indo-European sky god. If you really look at their myths, you can see the other parts just jumbled a little. Loki is Cronus, the Titan who ate his children and bound in Tartarus. Loki is a Jotun, which Jotun means "Eater, Overeater, Glutton", and just like Cronus, Loki was bound. Loki has also been equated with Logi "Fire", showing a connection to Volcanoes, Earthquakes, and Lightning which strikes erupting volcanos, Google pix, they're cool. Odin is Uranus, the castrated primordial god who mated with the Earth (Jord/Gaia). One of Odin's name is Jalkr meaning "castrate, or gelding" A castrated horse. Another name for him is Gaut(az) from a root meaning "to pour" as Ouranos comes from a root meaning "to rain". His horse he rides, born of Loki, is likely Lightning, as is Yggdrasil, Odin's Steed. Odin's "One eye" was castrated, by Loki/Cronus. Odin gains prophetic visions after as Ouranos does, and foretells of the Fall of Cronus/Loki, to Zeus/Tyr. Thor seems to be a mix of Ares and Heracles. While Baldr is Apollo, the golden god of light and music. The death of Balder seem's to have echoes of Achilles and the Trojan War though with the Golden god/demi-god dying by an arrow, while being otherwise invincible. You can find elvish related names in Greek like Alphito. Related to Alphos which is related to Alfar and Aelfe through the Alb- root from PIE. Denoting "Whiteness", and probably related to words like Alps, Albion, Albino, and others.

Odin seems to match Celtic Lugus, all farther, from here on is my personal interpretation: he's a magnificent chieftain, who loved and valued knowledge, didn't fear war, loved nature, ambitious leader.. from the stories and names i guess he is the father of all western Europeans (major 2 r1b branches: germans, gauls or continental and islands celts) this great man was so influential and special so he became a legend.

Just returned from Azer(baijan) visiting "viking" graves wit skeletons way over 3 meters tall. The story of odin dates back way further. The stories of this gods are dating back tausends of years before the nothern Vikings, to the sumerian gods, assyrian gods, Agyp, greek roman, all the same. In Norse mythology,the idea of a giant race is highly misunderstood. What most call giants in Norse myths, are actually called Jötunn, and they weren't necessarily of giant size. They could be giant or they could be tiny, like the gods they are a shapeshifting race and could take any form that pleased then, and some of them happened to be giant.

I just watched a video about an old hand drawn map, it was beautiful. On a corner it was written “Lief son of Eric led Norse explorations from Labrador to Maine circa 1001”. I’ve looked at it several times because I took a screenshot of it & I swear there’s no way it could be any other numbers.
I read about this, there’s no hard evidence. One thing that seems silly to me is that the Chief supposedly said they called themselves “Welsh”, which wasn’t their name (it meant “foreigner” in Anglo Saxon).

I was angry, hurt, and saw no reason as to why I deserved it. It's taken time but I can tell you that since I began recognising the faults within myself as much as I saw them in others I began to feel much better about others and myself. It's far better to know your own role in affairs, for good or for bad, than to tell yourself it all happened to you. You begin to realise the power of your own agency. When you allow your ego to run amok you become imprisoned by it, it causes all manner of negativity that on a deep level only makes you feel powerless. Strip it away, and you begin to feel free, more accepting of things, and with a greater understanding of the power you really have over your life. In that sense at least I think the original comment is very accurate.

It was through therapy that something happened, and visions started. When I was being abused as a kid, I had visions of people standing around my bed, two blue swords in my closet, shadow people in my room, and I used to draw weird runic letters, and had an obsession with wolves, wooden boats and places í had never seen. It wasn't till í was in my 30s í found out where my family was from. And it changed my life. Something deeper had clearly been going on since I was a kid. I 100% believe my ancestors were watching over me and calling me home. Now I dedicated my life to my ancestors and our ancient beliefs, and my life has changed. No more drugs, no more alcohol, no more gangs, no more pain, and anguish, I have never been happier, and I teach my children the same about our ancestors. I will never apologize for being white or European, and I teach my children the same. We have so much to be proud of, and they watch over us daily. I can't explain it, but they are very real.

I also found out recently about how in modern Russia official history is completely made up. If you want to know the true Slavic history and the language with the deepest Aryan roots, research the Serbian language. There is no European language that is as related to Tamil and sanskrit as the Serbian language. And the old folk poems about fleeing India is very interesting and the Indian tales about this.

On school They learn and push in this direction like our origin is Roman and we are the roman empire. And the Germanic and Celt where just primitive barbarians. You should really look into learning a Scandinavian language. I’m learning Norwegian, and it’s easy! Not too much different than english.
1) why do people always assume writing with literacy in the past? Have humans changed that much? Have you not seen people write things today that are CLEARLY not grammatically correct? So why assume "these letters/runes don't match perfectly" means they were scholastic writers/carvers?
2) Of course there's an "Asian" connection with Scandinavians. You can clearly see in many Scandinavians' eye shapes the similarities with modern east Asians. Just more watered down and "white."

Robert, as a Spaniard living in Finland I'd appreciate to know your opinion on the origins of Finns. It seems to be a mess. For example, they are blue-eyed but extremely lactose-intolerant (most lactose-free innovations are from here). Their language is similar to Basque and Hungarian, nothing to do with other nordics (fun fact: they call Germany "Saksa").

Have you heard of Alan Wilson and Baram Blackett's work regarding the Coelburn language that is found in Welsh history c. 500 AD and also carvings of North America Indians. They reckon that the fable of King Arthur has its foundation in Welsh history. I would greatly appreciate your opinion on this matter. Maybe you could do a video on this interesting period that is forceful rejected by traditional history. According to Wilson and Blackett King Arthur was King Arthur of Glamorgan whose kingdom was the original Briton prior to the Saxon and Norman invasions. There was a great catastrophe that caused widespread fires and poor growing conditions for many years after a massive meteor hit in about 565 AD. This cause the King to travel to North America with many hundreds of ships. Hence the language connection with the North American Indians. Also they reckon the King came from Troy and was related to Joseph of Aromathea,( Mary's husband?) Anyway I hope you would give this your attention as I value your opinion.

Hi Robert, I really enjoyed the video and will be watching more as I subscribed. I found it extremely interesting. Also I would love to hear about the Lusitanos, because they were my ancestors, since I'm from Portugal. I have a theory, I think that the Lusitanos actually are the most ancient people and migrated to other regions and became genetically diverse with time. The earliest fossils of Homo Sapiens were found in Morocco which was connected by land with modern day Portugal, before the Ice caps melted at the end of the last Ice Age. If we follow the fossil record "trail" and the climate change, we can have an idea of where ancient people would migrate to. So I think that we all descend from the Lusitanos, which were also known as the Celts and Atlanteans, but the latter was just a fictional story by Plato based on our ancestors that live "beyond the pillars of Heracles", which is modern day "Straight of Gibraltar". I also theorize that Lemuria was probably where the first Homo Erectus and Neanderthal and earliest Homo Sapiens originated from. So I basically have two distinct theories. One is that life started in Lemuria and as sea levels rose and covered it, the early Humans spread all over, first to Eastern Africa and Southern India and then as the climate got warmer, everywhere else. My other theory was that it was too cold everywhere else besides South of the Equator and everyone migrated from Africa, more precisely from where the "Eve" fossil was found. But we weren't Homo Sapiens yet and had a lot more resistance to cold, so we migrated to other regions. There's also the Ancient Aliens theory, but I don't know if I believe it. We were genetically enhanced by Aliens and spread throughout the globe. What I do know is, the evidence in Portugal is really interesting, there's a stone egg in the Faro museum with what appears to be the dna helix in relief, I recommend you research this. There's very ancient fossils and cave paintings and there's the fact that the weather would be appropriate for life during the Ice Age, it was way too cold farther North. So I truly prefer the theory that we all descend from the Portuguese, which were also the Moroccan and then we migrated everywhere else. I often wonder why the oldest fossil of Homo Sapiens was found in Morocco, maybe the climate was warm there during the Ice Age? I don't know, but I just wanted to give you some ideas for future videos. I just want to add one more thing. I think you should make a video about the fact that, in anthropological terms, there's only one race, the human race, we all share the same ancestor and we are all one very big, very diverse and very beautiful family.
