I can take or leave caffeine. I haven't had a crash afterwards but if I have it late it will keep me up at night. I've always hydrated like crazy and I do take LMNT occasionally. I'm mad for sleep. Sleep is when we heal. I'm all about the protein. Three and a half years I started eating Carnivore and I've never felt better in my life. Exercise and sunlight are real tonics. Unwind from stress. Stress will kill you.
