When I am looking for where a vehicle is leaking, I park it over a big sheet of cardboard overnight. Also, makes it easier to DX which fluid it is.

My impala has a leak - checked hoses & pump - pressure tested system, checked w/ CO2 test - only found on hose w/ a small drip when hot caused by buildup of antifreeze crud on pipe to hose(found when changed thermostat) - no leak on ground but looses a pint after fill & stays about that low - next step is raise car & run thru a few warming cycles & hope heater core not leaking

I was hoping for a break down and fix, didn't really have interest in ebay, however interesting thing. rear ending police car. I had seen a person make a left into one. A marked brown/gold Sheriff's car was in the left turn lane. This person turned into it, when the light turned green both vehicles moved to the less busy street and officer began a traffic stop, I passed them and at the next light noticed the chase was on. except I and another car where now stopped at another red light and they we're apprehended again this time for a hit and run and evasion, I am sure. I expected them to go around us into oncoming traffic but that wasn't how it went down. I just shook my head in disbelief that they thought they were going to get away.

Has your impala ever sprung a nasty transmission leak? Mine was rebuilt in 2018 and actually shifts fine but it is pouring and emptying itself within a few minutes so she is parked. I can’t find where it coming from. It’s not a fitting near the bottom. It is on up in there somewhere and rains down in a large area. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks for your channel dude!

Idk if you figured it out but a lot of times it's the transmission cooler lines. Pretty easy to fix.

Hey Allen I'm still here supporting the channel I've been sick for a few days but my impala is peeing too its around the transmission line it's just an o ring seal gone bad should be an easy fix but impalas have always been known to leak and cause headaches lol but I hope yours is nothing too serious

If you start the car while its in the aor you will see where its dripping
