I ordered the Zeeksaw last month to replace two other brand saws that mysteriously disappeared last summer. I live in Chugiak, AK where we are subject to strong windstorms every year, and this past winter I had two small trees come down on my house. Two family friends, big strong guys, came and up them out for me since my son was away and I'm an octogenarian widow. I have been cutting up the limbs and delimbing them so I can use my Zeeksaw, with two fully-charged batteries, to take camping with me this summer, and use my own wood for campfires and cooking. The Zeeksaw works admirably, however, I will have to buy some chain oil since the bottle that came with my saw kit arrived completely empty. The cardboard shipping box arrived with one oily side that had been covered over with clear packing tape, leading me to believe that the bottle cap had not been secured appropriately. My only other complaint is that the website box for activating my saw will not accept my order number. I got it from the paper included in the kit; the same order number may be used for every Zeeksaw for all I know, but in any event, I apparently cannot activate it. This will be convenient for the Zeeksaw manufacturer if it breaks down within a year.
