I recently acquired a very similar 8inch mini chainsaw….. it has proved to be a very good investment, toward preparing branches for my wood turning projects. One important observation ( my so is a tree surgeon) is that I have a pair of work boots with steel toecaps, for when I’m cutting branches like you were on the wheelbarrow…..

Yes, good observation. I should have had on safety toes as well. Wood turning is such a great time, this tool is perfect for cutting those smaller limbs.
