Thank for the tutorial! Just a quick tip for the circle in the beginning: draw a circle, hold your pen still and your lines will be smoothen automatically, click anywhere on page with your finger and procreate will give you a perfect circle.

I’m pretty sure he knew and he tried, but it did not work for him. I think that’s why he said “it is because I’m recording a video” like being on purpose letting him down. Then he was like “whatever” just draw a circle.
@@charliegovea39 no, he forgot the last step, put his finger on the screen. That’s the key to Procreate making the perfect circle.

@@RyRyArt Absolutely. Very helpful on the idea of getting the base design down and then duplicating the file for each ‘asset’ (eyes, mouth, etc) so everything is very organized. Love it.
Helps tremendously! Can't wait to try some of those tips with similar programs since I use Windows, not Mac. Now I understand some things I didn't know before like about file dimensions, layers, etc.

quick question: is it a good idea to have specific characters that look/represents a celebrity for instance?
Once you draw a rough circle and wait ,besides holding the pen ,hold other finger outside the circle.you will get a perfect circle

@@RyRyArt NFT specific if possible - specifically in regards to shading different layers so that they appear uniform across different body colors while not messing up generation if possible. You are awesome!

I believe I was using the studio pen for this but I created the crunchy cow pen which is about 10% smoother/ tighter than the studio pen. It’s free in the crunchy cows discord in the NFT-tips channel (crunchycows.com has the discord link)

How do i make multiple skin colors? For example: You made the mouth white to cover the lines underneath but lets say the skin color on the body is green how can i make this fit?
One question. You have your master file but than you break off into numerous “trait” folders. How does it generate properly with a master folder and separate trait folders?
Great question. I keep my files in folders, then when I upload them to the NFT generator, I create groups that match my folders. The generator pulls from those groups.
