Ox tail, ox tongue, most people don't know it... But if cooked with care and cleaned.. And cooked for a very very loooooong time is "EXTEMELY GOOD! "cows tongue is robustly beefy flavored... While its tail is fool of beefy fat... People just don't know what their missing out!!!!
