@@khooRicky Canon 6D should able to start recording video and either wifi or control cable can do that. video recording via cable control may set your camera shutter to control video recording

@@khooRicky Sorry, just saw this question, have you tried to set the Payload setting 11:08, because auto adapat will need gimbal to detect the camera weight, so it will be vibrating at the very beginning, it is suggest to set the Payload setting of your camera and lens

so, i just got my ak4000 and there appears to be a lack of functionality for the rear button like in moza air 2 or ronin s as holding it down does not change behavior. But what i find more frustrating is there is no way that i found to rotate on the roll axis only and lock all other axis. All other major gimbals have this option to just be able to use the joystick to rotate the camera 360 degrees (inception mode on moza for example) as well as the speed is very slow and could not find a way to set speed or deadband, the app seems lacking in those areas where customizing the sensitivity and control of the movement is key. I am planning on doing a video review so if there is a way id like to know. Thanks!
Sorry that not app can check it, but you can check it easily, video (at 3:10) has shown the balanced gimbal-camera can stay at any angle. You may need a few hours to learn how to balance it, after that, you may make it done within 3 mins. Practice makes perfect.
I want to use the AK2000 ( preferably because is lighter than the 4000) with my sony FDR-AX700 Camcorder- but i'ts impossible to get a reply from the manufacturer for any compatibility. Could you tell me what is the distance in mm between the front of the roll motor (facing the camera LCD/ virwfinder) and the center of the tilt motor / shaft of the motor- so I could measure if my camcorder battery and viewfinder would hit the roll motor...I have spent days calling all local camera shops but no one has a disolay unit..Thanks

I got the Gimbal today but i cannot balance the pan axis with my Sony A7Riii and the Sony 24-105 f4.0 and as well with the sigma MC11 and canon 50mm 1.8. It just wont balance it. The tilt axis is no problem and when starting the Gimbal it works too, but if i try to hold the gimbal vertical, it just starts going crazy... any thoughts on this ? Tried it too with my GoPro and Note 9, same Problem....
@@ianhavingfun Just uploaded a Video to my Account. As you can see, everything works but the Pan Axis makes Problems. It's in all Lock Mode. And this is not the A7Riii with the 24-105 but this should work to with a Canon 50D.

Question on auto rotation: I have a Canon M50. Whenever I set up auto rotation, it sometimes automatically triggers the shutter to take a still. This creates a problem when trying to set it for video as it creates an error in the camera causing it to freeze up. I then have to remove the battery to reset it. I essentially cannot shoot video with auto rotation. I do not know why the gimbal triggers the shutter button when it is set to video. I have DWELL and Interval on zero, and some parameters for pan and tilt for the shot I want. Have you tried this gimbal with a Canon and have you experienced this issue, or do you know of a setting that I might be doing wrong that will correct this? Thanks!!
Auto Rotation will e for mobile time lapse Photography, so it may trigger shutter in your set time because time-lapse was made by pictures I think you can just set the Rotation position and disconnect your camera WIFI, so gimbal will not able to control your gimbal shutter

Sure, just set the auto-rotation, and put your camera on the recording. you may not connect the gimbal and your camera, so just press the video recording button on your camera
I have some issues for the battery cover. Can't close it properly while the batteries are loaded. It works fine when you put the outer cover. I liked the Gimbal very much. Does anyone face the same issue? Please comment!

When I turn on my AK 2000 the touch screen does not work, it brights white, but doesn't react to anything. It makes the noise when you turn it on, I can use the joystick and the recording button, I can also connect it to the app. Any tips?

Just update them via PC/ Mobile Feiyu on App will work, (I suggest do it via PC) 2. the Data cable on the gimbal mainboard has been lost or short circuit Needs to be sent back to repair store, or return it back to your seller

Yeap, Feiyu ak2000 can support nikonD5200, but you would need to get the Nikon Shutter cable separately, or gimbal would not able to control your camera shutter.

Using a6000 and selp18105g I did not get a noticable response to zoom or focus control. That being said I have a similar situation with playmemories so probably not a global issue. The A6000 can't charge while shooting and you can't start and stop video this is a limitation of the a6000. The a6300 and a6500 should support all these functions.

Sony A6000 Zoon function should work if you have already connected to the gimbal via Feiyu On app. And electronic focus control is not applied to Sony Camera, as far as I know, may need Servo Follow Focus to do manual control. start and stop video not applied to a6300, that is true.
@@ianhavingfun Thanks for the heads up. I'll have another go with getting zoom to work. I was so happy with all the other good stuff on the AK2000 I didn't investigate the zoom control properly. When I ordered my AK2000 I ordered the follow focus kit from a China supplier so it will be weeks before that arrives :(.
AK2000 With GH5 many problems. Appear noise all time with panaleica 12-60 . Remote connector dont have space to put. Wifi appear for panasonic image app not for Feiyu app... In app dont appear gh5 model ( appear gh4 and gh5 S)
Got an AK2000 for my Sony a6000 and Sigma 30mm f1.4... I think it's impossible to balance the gimbal on pan axis. There is just no more space to move the arm backwards. When you switch on the gimbal it seems to work ok, but then I checked the footage, OMG. It's all jittery and has so much vibrations. Maybe somebody has any idea or there are some kind of adapters to balance the setup? It seems that the vibration and the jittery video is from the unbalanced pan axis...

Well, I think i figured out how this can be fixed. You have to apply some additional weight to the right side of the mounting plate. It seems that when a6000 is mounted on the gimbal it has just weird center of gravity and because of that it's impossible to balance the pan. Used some duct tape and weights from the steadycam... Looks weird but it works now. Hopefully there will be some kind of adapter to put on top of the mounting plate, so that the camera would be placed more to the right side...
Hi Canon M50 is on compatible list, and it can control taking pictures/video by WiFi and Bluetooth system. Check you AK2000 and Feiyu On Play, make sure they are both the newest version. By the way, what smartphone are you using, please?
@@ianhavingfun it is on the list but i just couldn't connect them. it will stay connected for 3 seconds then disconnect the camera to gimbal. i'm using iphone and i've checked all of the firmware are up to date
@@ianhavingfun figured it out. on the M50, it's usually paired to my iPhone. so when i change it to connect to a computer and making the camera as an excess point, it works.

Sure, just set the auto-rotation, and put your camera on the recording. you may not connect the gimbal and your camera, so just press the video recording button on your camera

The gimbal handle can be separated.
I have some issues for the battery cover. Can't close it properly while the batteries are loaded. It works fine when you put the outer cover. I liked the Gimbal very much. Does anyone face the same issue? Please comment!

Payload will be just fine, AK2000, Payload: 250g/0.55lb --- 2800g/6.17lb. but there will not shutter cable for Fuji xt3, and will no App support also.

No More Rat Race& Tizzy Tokyo, if you would ask about if the gimbal can be balanced and work with Nikon D750, the answer is positive, and you can get a Nikon control cable to connect the gimbal so gimbal can control your camera shutter;
But the WIFI connect would not apply to Nikon D750
When I turn on my AK 2000 the touch screen does not work, it brights white, but doesn't react to anything.
It makes the noise when you turn it on, I can use the joystick and the recording button, I can also connect it to the app. Any tips?

1. Gimbal Firmware or keypad board Firmware does not work correctly.
Just update them via PC/ Mobile Feiyu on App will work, (I suggest do it via PC)
2. the Data cable on the gimbal mainboard has been lost or short circuit
Needs to be sent back to repair store, or return it back to your seller

Yeap, Feiyu ak2000 can support nikonD5200, but you would need to get the Nikon Shutter cable separately, or gimbal would not able to control your camera shutter.

Sure, Sony a6300 with 28-70 lens and 16-50 lens has been tested. it will work fine with AK2000

Last week i bought this gimbal. Its cool. Can work with Canon 600d. But not for controlling the parameter. Sometimes the gimbal vibrate. Why?

Can this work with sony a6000 for follow focus and zooming?
Zoom function will work, follow focus may need Servo Follow Focus to achieve that
Using a6000 and selp18105g I did not get a noticable response to zoom or focus control. That being said I have a similar situation with playmemories so probably not a global issue. The A6000 can't charge while shooting and you can't start and stop video this is a limitation of the a6000. The a6300 and a6500 should support all these functions.
@@williamoneill5777 William. Sony A6000 Zoon function should work if you have already connected to the gimbal via Feiyu On app.
And electronic focus control is not applied to Sony Camera, as far as I know, may need Servo Follow Focus to do manual control.

@@ianhavingfun Thanks for the heads up. I'll have another go with getting zoom to work. I was so happy with all the other good stuff on the AK2000 I didn't investigate the zoom control properly. When I ordered my AK2000 I ordered the follow focus kit from a China supplier so it will be weeks before that arrives :(.
AK2000 With GH5 many problems. Appear noise all time with panaleica 12-60 . Remote connector dont have space to put. Wifi appear for panasonic image app not for Feiyu app... In app dont appear gh5 model ( appear gh4 and gh5 S)
I think buy ak2000 for gh5 and bmpcc4k but i think this no good for it...
how you think gh5 will be add to app?

Put some Oil?
Use a screwdriver or other tools to knock the tail cap lightly while rotating the handle. That might be helpful.

Got an AK2000 for my Sony a6000 and Sigma 30mm f1.4... I think it's impossible to balance the gimbal on pan axis. There is just no more space to move the arm backwards. When you switch on the gimbal it seems to work ok, but then I checked the footage, OMG. It's all jittery and has so much vibrations. Maybe somebody has any idea or there are some kind of adapters to balance the setup? It seems that the vibration and the jittery video is from the unbalanced pan axis...

Well, I think i figured out how this can be fixed. You have to apply some additional weight to the right side of the mounting plate. It seems that when a6000 is mounted on the gimbal it has just weird center of gravity and because of that it's impossible to balance the pan. Used some duct tape and weights from the steadycam... Looks weird but it works now. Hopefully there will be some kind of adapter to put on top of the mounting plate, so that the camera would be placed more to the right side...

Get an international version, when you start the gimbal for the first time, it will have a langue option.

Hi Canon M50 is on compatible list, and it can control taking pictures/video by WiFi and Bluetooth system.
Check you AK2000 and Feiyu On Play, make sure they are both the newest version.
By the way, what smartphone are you using, please?
@@ianhavingfun it is on the list but i just couldn't connect them. it will stay connected for 3 seconds then disconnect the camera to gimbal. i'm using iphone and i've checked all of the firmware are up to date
@@maxhoh If keep disconnecting, it may also be the Bluethooth chip get lose or disfuntion, contact your seller to return for a replacement
@@ianhavingfun figured it out. on the M50, it's usually paired to my iPhone. so when i change it to connect to a computer and making the camera as an excess point, it works.
