Doing a lot of cardio is also pretty helpful for aim from my experience, since better endurance leads to a lower heart rate, and lower heart rate makes you more calm

one of the things that helped me improve faster than i thought it would was understanding the relation ship between anxiety and performance. Basically push yourself harder than you think you can manage and see how it affects your improvement. If you see little to no improvement that means your pushing too hard and tone it back slightly.

The video really provides valuable insights into improving your aim; most of the information so far aligns with talking points of the aim community, which really shows he followed his own aim journey to produce the video. Kinda crazy he even says the same lines word for word as other aim videos.

15:23 blueberries are also one of the main ingriedients in eye-health pills and work wonders against macula degeneration but also to recover the chemical reaction that allows eyes to see light-flashes. Kinda insane that you started so strong with Eye-part of hand eye coordination but dont mention food for food eye-sight.

Also my EDPI is 3200 and I've got ascendant 1 with it😭the thing is I've finally been convinced to change it after seeing this. Much love and luck, this needs more recognition.

I think the point about "look right" most of us turn our head probably comes from the implied meaning of turn right 90 degrees. You could turn your eyes although you're mostly limited to peripheral vision which just doesn't capture the same level of detail as using your center vision. I think if you rephrased the question to "look slightly right (but still in front of you) for example, look to the top right of your monitor, then the lower left of the monitor" you might get the point across better and you might notice more people actually would use their eyes to do so.

    • @Coach_Shotty
      @Coach_Shotty  3 місяці тому +1

That’s a fair point. But I still believe that most gamers don’t use their eyes to their fullest potential and most of us try to keep a constant forward vision. I do see what you mean though and I could have rephrased it.

Bro your video is amazing, im Voltaic Master and you perfect discribe the journey of aim improvement, training without understanding is useless asf, as soon you understand and put time and efforts to understand why you did good or bad, what are your forces and weaknesses you unlock things that makes you better.
i think most ppl are watching pro's videos and think that thoses guys are gifted or something and many ppl tries to achieve in one session or one week what they achieved in many years of training...
i wanted to say something about "gifted ppl", some ppl have natural skills due to their passion for exemple Piano or drawing, thoses ppl will have better mouse control than someone who never use their hands with precision so its normal they level up fast, but if you work you can have this level ^^
sorry for bad english im french, keep up the good work bro, you put words in many things i went trought and cant explain ^^

I've struggled with water intake for the longest time and by having clarity between my bottle and my desk has increased it 10 fold.
I have a 32oz black stainless steel water bottle and I was finishing it maybe once or twice a day. My entire PC setup is also black so the bottle blends into the setup.
I ended up getting a white water bottle and noticed I was drinking it way more and I applied that thought process to my black bottle and put a wrap around it and now it stands out and I am drinking just under a gallon a day.

I've heard people say that blueberries improve reaction times a few times now but if you look up the studdies they're all done with wild blueberries. So if you go buy some blueberries you likely won't get the same results. At least the blueberries you can get here have barely any of the red/blue colouring which is Cyanidin, the main antioxidant.
I think you're better off buying other fruit that contain more Cyanidin. Here in Germany we got "Holunderbeersaft", i think it's called black elderberry juice in english. It's 2€ per 1l bottle and it's so rich in Cyanidin that it looks completely black. 100ml of that juice probably has more antioxidants than multiple kilos of store bought blueberrys. I drink a bit every day before gaming, if I don't I feel like I got brain fog.

When I searched up for tutorials on how to get better I came up to this, I got interested and I clicked it. Trust me guys on this one but this is actually a very good videos that I would take notes on, there were tips that I didn't realize about and how these things can make an impact. Im a hardstuck silver 3 player since this is my first ever fps game I played coming from a simple game and I gotten bronze today. Whenever I queue rank i'll get shaky aim even though in death matches I can get headshots and it's because of my anxiety in ranked and when he brought up how I do better in aim trainers then real game it was all because of that. Anyone can improve but we don't take it that seriously or maybe we're too anxious in our ranked games, I am going to start using alt accounts tommorow because as he said it can help us out for practicing and im going to do that and try making progress. I hope you can make some video on about controller agents like clove or omen and what we should do because im really enjoying these videos.

eye and hand and upper body cordination, is like for a sword praticing matial artist ( the sword is an extention for ur body) with out propper care it aint going no where. Positive mind set ( set to learning every aspect u can to improve) what i like to do to challenge myself, is to do odd things for sensitive on mouse in games, like 2-3 games of higher sens than what im used to and than 2 to 3 games where its lower what im used to, in the regard of learning my brain in the concept (adeptabillity) Since if you can improve ur adeptabillity, other than it helps tons in games (no matter what genre) but it also helps u to adept to sudden things in real life (that u cant have controle over). How our brains works is a mystery, other than what there have been found out about, but as you said u can only improve youself and best way is to challenge youself on the points where ur weakest, or even on the points where ur really strong.

1:01:00 But if I do that, don’t I shift more focus onto muscles that are not as important when using my ingame sens? Like f.ex. I play ~50cm ingame and on most tracking scens (for val) that leads to me using mostly my arm with a little wrist for reactivity and smaller tracking. If I were to practice on like 20-30cm I would use my wrist/fingers way more and wouldn’t that just shift the problem? I mean, If i want to pracc my microtracking (fingertips) I could also just play smaller tracking scens, no?

Youre kind of right but the goal is to train ALL of your aim not just the parts that you use the most. The reason for this is you will end up using parts you dont normally use at some point and when that happens it will drastically drag your aim down. No matter the sens you will use the majority of muscles at some point while aiming so its always better to fully develop your aim. Also playing on a sens you're not used to will make your main sens much "easier" to control if you know what I mean.
