In view of the housing crisis, I would continue working your plot as it may not be as quick to find accommodation as it once was, I hope this isn’t the case, but always good to have a plan B x
After a quick check, it looks like Paddington to Cardiff return is £94 on Trainline. Just do what you enjoy on the plot, fresh air and exercise always brightens the day.
I think it would be good to carry on with the allotment, maybe plant a few more shallots, pull a few weeds etc, then if you do leave it could be encouraging to the next plotholder, make a few more videos, just keep things going, maybe you get good karma and benefit if and when you move.
Hi Sean, I had a prediabetes diagnosis in July so stopped sugar and most carbohydrates, so no potatoes, bread, pasta, rice and only a few vegetables. I feel great have lost a stone and a half and am no longer tired all the time. It has changed what I will grow in the garden, but that is OK. I hope all goes well in Wales and you can settle.
Megabus from Victoria Coach Station to Friary Gardens, Cardiff. A short walk to Greyfriars Road to catch bus 132 to Maerdy which is where I am only guessing that is your direction of travel. Very reasonable prices, can be done in a day trip although it will be a stretch. You could get a room in the Travelodge Cardiff Central Queen Street whose prices are cheaper Sunday night, Monday night and very convenient for Friary Gardens to get back on the bus to London.
Just keep your focus steady. You seem off kilter in the two new videos. I understand wanting to go see Wales again and have your meeting, but part of life is learning to wait which invariably produces the right time.
I've done the megabus for a day from South Wales to London Victoria in a day. Catch the 6am bus and get on a bus around 9 to come back home That was pre pandemic.
Did look into this but the first bus from London would get me into Cardiff at 11am then it’s another 1hr 30m to my destination which makes it 12:30pm then it’s dark by 3pm.
Why not hire a car for the day? Day rentals can cost as little as £30 and this will give you more flexibility in travelling to and around Wales. You've not wasted our time Sean! You know many of us really enjoy watching your videos and are excited about the prospect of you returning back to Wales.
Me and hubby have wanted to live in the countryside for years, then a couple of years ago we were faced with a situation where we had to leave, within 6mths we had found a house to rent and job for myself, it will all fall into place at exactly the right time!! We have a small garden and im just starting to grow my own stuff have no clue what im doing, lol!! Love your videos keep ploding along with what youve got growing already. Keeping everything crossed for you x
Such a beautiful winter day. Enjoy visiting your gardening as a form of outdoor chillout and therapy vs the stress of moving. The way forwards will then reveal itself for you all in good time.
I understand your hesitation to move. To say and do it are 2 different things. But if you want to be happy for the rest of your life go and not look back but take 1 plot in Whales and dedicate to make all your plans come true. Make a plan and set a date to go. That’s a much easier way than thinking it over and over. I hope you’re making the right decision. I keep on following your path whatever you decide.
Sean, I hope your plan to travel to Wales before Christmas comes to fruition . It's never easy to get everything to fit into place but I feel certain you will get to where you want/need to be. Very best wishes 🙂

Good luck Sean! I don't tend to comment but am on a health journey that I battle with daily and I feel like we need to support each others choices for betterment Love the gardening tips and tricks too
Hi Sean, Regarding your allotments what I would do is just continue working on them to keep you busy while sorting things out for your move to Wales. I am sure you will feel so much better getting out of London and in a calmer place such as Wales!
I'm reducing carbs and sugar and processed foods. Like you I have brain fog, mild anxiety and IBS issues. I'm thinking very little grains, and only eat whole foods that I prepare at home using a much of my allotment veg a possible. Also the train fares are a nightmare to work out what is what. It's so complicated I have given up trying to book a journey. There is a train strike soon too. Tell us when you have finished re-uploading vids, I can resubscribe then. I un subbed when you were jacking it all in.
The older videos are going up at 6am, 1pm, 6pm and 9pm daily. I don’t have all my old videos so can only put back what I do have and that will take between now and to the end of December to compete then New Year, New content.
@@seanjamescameron I watch on a firestick on my TV so any new vid from my subscription list would be full if a channel uploads multiple times a day so I would miss other channels. So I will re sub when you are done uploading the old stuff which I have watched. It would be better if UA-cam could be set to ignore re uploads, but it sees them as new videos.
Discombobulated is such a great word, my other favourite is palaver. I wish I could give you a big hug 🤗 and tell you to trust the universe has your back. I agree with you about Christmas and people switching off. Personally I celebrate the winter solstice and would happily work the rest of December and have done in the past. My birthday is midwinter . Set an intention at the next new moon 🌚. Good luck with your new eating plan.
Hi Sean. I've been watching some of your reposted videos. As a new gardener, I'd benefit from knowing the months they were originally recorded. The year doesn't matter, but the month would be beneficial. Would it be possible to include this in the title?
If you look at the bottom left hand side of the screen you will see the month is displayed throughout the entire video and is also mentioned in the video description.
Try to stick with Plan A and don't overload your mind. You have too much going on at the moment. Go for long walks and forget about working on plots. Just take it easy for a while and everything will fall into place. Wishing you all the best. Take care.
You didn't waste my time. Time always is so slow when you are going somewhere. Don't second guess yourself, visit your gardens when you can and that might help with the wait for the travel. The collaboration with RVM will be a fun journey also. Tweak your sustenance to where you feel good and everything else will follow. Food journal will help you remember what foods make you feel unwell. Have a fun weekend!

You could like at that what ever you do on this plot. It would just be a blessing to the next plot owner.

Can’t be away from London overnight.
Would one of your housemates look after the cats just for the one night?
No. I'll sort it out.
Been off sugar and low carb for sometime. And fats. Was diagnosed with cholesterol in a blood test. Maybe get a check up as part of your new start❤😊

@seanjamescameron trainline then, as the other commentor said.

Don't have as little as £30 to spare, plus my driving license needs renewing.

If you want to loose weight, the best is eat good food and walk 30 minutes a day. The weight will fall off and stay off
The best is a mix of weight training, a little bit of interval training, perioic fasting, cutting out sugar and reducing highly refined carbs
The cheapest way I've been going to Wales is on the national express ,but u couldn't do it as a day trip🙂

You misunderstand, I don’t have any hesitation in moving. Just need to work out how to pay for it then make it happen.
Sean, I hope your plan to travel to Wales before Christmas comes to fruition .

Go by coach it's massively cheaper approx £20 normally

I find if you help a farmer they will help you, getting a bit of ground to rent is not easy but just asking won’t get you very far.
But not asking will get you nowhere.

Your allotment is looking lovely. Best of luck with everything.
Good luck with the diet, Sean, I look forward to our chatting 😊👍
Will be thinking of you at breakfast.

Found it on this video, but not the older ones.
@rebabs yes it’s on the older ones as well
