60g Mixed Vegetables 杂豆蔬
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
½ tsp Sugar 白糖
½ tsp Chicken Powder 鸡精粉
½ tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
½ tsp Black Soy Sauce 黑酱油
½ tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
＊1 tbsp Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
＊ 2 tbsp Water 水
【 For Skin 芋头皮料 】
600g Taro 芋头
100g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
100ml Hot Water 沸水
½ tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 tsp Salt 盐
1 tbsp Sugar 糖
1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
70g Lard 猪油
