I am doing weight training . As I have stubborn fat on my legs ( side saddle bags) . I don't see any difference in that area . Would it take too long to see the difference in inches there .? . Because I can see changes in Thighs ... also my body is flabby and loose skin because at the beginning I lost 30 kgs without proper diet and exercise. Now only I m doing proper weight training and around 1800 to 2000 cal diet. But its 3 months . I don't see difference in the thigh saddle bag area .

Include cardio in your routine with strength training
There is no spot reduction you will lose overall
