- Today I’m baking up some blueberry breakfast muffins filled with fresh blueberries and so moist the perfect breakfast muffin with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk however you decide to eat it it’s going to be good and I hope you all enjoy them❤️

Blueberry extract i used

Preheat oven to 400F
Standard muffin pan
12 cupcake liners
2 cups all purpose flour measuring properly
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup salted butter melted
2 large room temperature eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon blueberry extract
1 1/4 cups fresh blueberries washed and patted dry extra for the top i did 2 to 3 blueberries extra on top
Sparkling sugar for the tops is optional …Enjoy and please Subscribe ❗️
Tip if you have no buttermilk you can use whole milk with one tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice mix together let set 10 minutes - Навчання та стиль
