Really great video Duff! I’ve been working on this myself, and definitely wasn’t thinning things down enough. I’m not sure if you mentioned this, and I may have missed it, but you can apply the same technique using an actual gradient of colors to up the contrast more right? Or are you better off at that point just doing a full opacity work up from dark to light?
CM Fletcher you can absolutely do that! Just keep in mind that when you do, the glaze becomes a filter and if you’re spraying say yellow, over a blue shadowed area, it will inherently turn green.
Only discovered you now and it was a very easy sub. Well done keep it up!
Steven Fitzgerald thanks a ton! Really appreciate it
Love the video! Thanks for taking the time to also compare the impact of thinning down vs straight out of the bottle
great helpful content!
A year later and I'm still trying to get this right. To be fair, my Sotar and Patriot are usually gummed up and wrecked. =D
This was great! Very informative and clearly presented. Thanks, Duff!
Disappear faster than you at your mother-in-laws house on Thanksgiving after a few glasses of wine. Lol nice
Also your door slightly opens creepy like close to the end of the video. Just thought I'd throw that out there. Lol
3 cats man...
Which airbrush are you using?
Badger, renegade krome
