Been a fan for a good two decades. It is so rare that a band can keep topping themselves after such a long and illustrious career, but I am seriously impressed with the last two albums. Very powerful and moving.
The atmosphere that they create is just HUGE. Like galactically huge. So much going on, so many layers. One of my all time favourite Anberlin songs. Oh.. the DROP at 3:10!! Gahh...
Anberlin is one of the very best to ever do it. I'm so happy they are back, I have never gotten tired of listening to their music in the more than 10 years I have been listening to them.
Me too. Found them in 2004 with their second album, Never Take a Friendship Personal", and was utterly depressed when they disbanded in 2014. Never got to see them live, but now that they're back together, I'll have another chance.
I’m happy they haven’t changed. When I heard their ep I had immediate goosebumps because I remember going to their farewell tour and was so sad and now seeing this revival gives me so much joy
As a long time fan of Anberlin, I love the darker and heavier rock. Most importantly, still sounds like Anberlin 🤞I hope this new EP is a hit since I just want more of their music.
Been a fan since 2007. Had a friend take my iPod and put random rock songs on it. Found Godspeed on my iPod and never looked back. Downloaded every song they had out and still do today. All time favorite band!
I live in New Mexico so the "land of enchantment" line hits hard. I feel like this song was written just for me for. I'm currently the one left bleeding running around in circles. May God find me in my lost circle...
This is incredible. I can't wait to hear it live when they eventually come back to Seattle on a tour stop. The lyrics really resonate given the season of life I'm in right now.
I discovered Anberlin WAY too late, but have become a huge fan. Pumped to hear new music, although so much of their old catalog is “new” to me still. Hoping to catch them out touring sometime soon! Come to Michigan!!!
Whoa. Completely forgot about these guys. This song is awesome, definitely a bit different than their old stuff but still fantastic. Time to go down the rabbit hole and listen to their old stuff.
Such fantastic poetry and lyrics I had to comment again but this time I will quote the song. Running into circles to find myself... Running into circles to find my home... Running into circles to find my own... Running into circles to find my self... It is SO well written, sung and performed.
Omg I thought they were done. I started listening to them in 2007. Love these dudes. I don’t think they’ve made a song I didn’t like. I started with Cities.
Same here! Well, technically I started with “Paperthin Hymn” and “Change the World (Lost Ones)” when I heard them at summer camp that year, but I found out from one of my cabinmates who they were and looked them up as soon as I got home at the end of the week. I found ‘Cities,’ which is still my favorite album of theirs after all these years if I have to pick just one.
One of the best songs ive heard about reclaiming self in what seems like circles of conflict. Great song for anyone who has fought through spirit attachment or something similar. ROCK ON.
This is seriously incredible. The sustaining notes that carry with the high hats between the big crescendo hits during the verse and the overall melody during those sections has a very longing, bitter, resentful, resentful kind of vibe and then the chorus is like having an emotional epiphany and I love it! It’s deeply relatable. I also love the dark synth wave sounds they decided to use.
I saw these guys for the first time in Phoenix a few years back before all the bullshit. I had been listening since 2008 with Cities and New Surrender. Eventually I found Never Take Friendship Personal. I agree with everyone here, they never cease to please.
I'm just sad its not a full album :( these songs are the best Anberlin has sounded in a long time - also is this the chick from Raised By Wolves ? Also now I need Mudvayne and THURSDAY to come back and my youth be completed - If Anberlin, alexisonfire, armor for sleep, thrice can all come back so can THURSDAY and Mudvayne.
Is so funny for me the way that emo music was really christian music: Anberlin, Skillet, Underøath, Fireflight, Evanescence, Avenged Sevenfold (not christian but inspired on the Bible), Megadeth (not emo but so many emos used to listen metal), Emery, Undercover, Norma Jean, The Devil Wears Prada... Hahaha... Thank You Lord :v
Love the song, but if I'm being completely honest, this video is a real letdown. Looks like a bunch of B-roll shots for a college art project. It does nothing to reinforce the dynamics of the song. I'm never a fan of videos that don't feature any of the band members, but if you're going to do that, at least make the video emotional and/or powerful. This song just has so many layers and energy, it deserves something as compelling.
One of the best bands of all time. Been a fan since Never Take Friendship Personal
Same here. “A Day Late” is still one of my fave (happy-go-lucky) songs.
Same.
Same! Just attended thier latest kick-off show here in St Pete FL (8/4), where they played NTFP in it's entirety.
Started with Readyfuels, and now we're here. What a journey. I'M READY FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER!

They need a "Comeback Album of the Year" award, and just go ahead & give it to Anberlin for 2022.
This low guitar tunning with several vocal tracks in one voice sounds so atmospheric
If you're new to Anberlin, listen to Vital and Never Take Friendship Personal all the way through. Both incredible albums!
The atmosphere that they create is just HUGE. Like galactically huge. So much going on, so many layers. One of my all time favourite Anberlin songs.
Oh.. the DROP at 3:10!! Gahh...
This drums...is so strong, is amazing like always, Anberlin never disappoints
YEP. such good drums by NATE

@@KevvoLightswift Do not miss the opppprtunity to see them live. I've watched them twice live and they are just A M A Z I N G
This sounds like a natural progression from Lowborn and Vital. Greatly enjoyed this song.
They most likely sounds like Anberlin considering how long this band has been around and influencing the scene for decades.
I’m happy they haven’t changed. When I heard their ep I had immediate goosebumps because I remember going to their farewell tour and was so sad and now seeing this revival gives me so much joy
@@lucidpizza9777 That is so cool. I wish I could have witnessed a show from their farewell tour.

this ep exceeded my expectations by a mile.
also love the way that they used computer processors in the video.
That echo sound on the snare drum is really cool.
Yeah, i love that crack and pop on it especially when he does the flams.
@@fortodaymark yeah the mixing is fantastic.
Anberlin rules!! My favorite band in the world! Every album is a masterpiece!
Moving to the extreme. Meaningful today. Anberlin ROCKS
I live in New Mexico so the "land of enchantment" line hits hard. I feel like this song was written just for me for. I'm currently the one left bleeding running around in circles. May God find me in my lost circle...
This music video is insane!! Reminds me a lot of the movie Ex Machina!
holy shit i thought anberlin stopped making music. im so glad theyre still around after all this time
Whoa. Such a breath of fresh air. Coming from high school days and Paperthin Hymn I am right here in support.
It’s amazing how abstract yet incredibly relatable this video is. Love the new stuff. So so happy they’re making music again
Amazing (in entirety) - 2:43-2:47 (so unique/brilliant [vocals])
Blueprints for the Black Market is my introduction and I love it. The song Fin is masterpiece
Nate's new drum sound is absolutely stellar on this track. Reminds me of Elliott/False Cathedrals from 2000..
But Kevin Ratterman did it more than a decade ago, and better.
So good to see them back in action. They are an amazing band and they deserve all the success! ❤
Obrigado por voltarem! Vocês eram e ainda são tudo pra mim ❤️
New songs from Armor For Sleep and now Anberlin, my childhood self is screaming for joy at this nostalgia.
Um, armor for sleep is back together???
@@xXRyRyXx7 Not sure of what capacity they are back together but they have a new song out.
@@Arcdemon44 yeah I see that..didn’t hit me like I had hoped. Still good to see these guys still making music. Always a good group

Have seen them a few times in Detroit, AMAZING shows every time, highly recommend.
Theyll be in Pontiac on Friday bruh!
Did you catch them today at the intersection?

I absolutely love Anberlin and I'm so happy to have new songs from them. This is such a good song and I look forward to hearing more!
Seeing them live tomorrow and Saturday! I'm so pumped!!
One of the greatest of all time
I legit just thought I had to listen to this band again.... Only to see their coming back? Yay!
😯😯🖤🖤🖤 I didn't even know they dropped new heat
Great band this song is perfect for FIFA 23 soundtrack lots of gamers on there will eventually become fans of Anberlin.
Прекрасно ❤
Спасибо, что вернулись!
I don't even care that they're promoted as a religious christian band, this is awesome! Up there with feel good drag even.
Wow, this sound really captivates. The song is 🔥
5th gen stang with the premium sound ...good ass days
My fav out of all 10 new songs post return...... :O
Love this song!!!
El tiempo va hacia atrás cuando los escucho. Los amo, desde siempre. Calma mi depresión la voz de Stephen. Saludos desde, Chile.
Haven't heard anberlin since paperthin hymn. Let's go!!!
Now if only classic crime and Silverstein would come out my childhood will be complete.
@@gilbert5678 noooooo! Ok let me get my skinny jeans.

Anberlin: *releases new track*
everyone in the comments section: *has to announce that they've known of Anberlin for years*
Fantastic song and video
Holy shit I had no idea anberlin where still around 😍😍😍
Come to Brazil show your new album.
It's Nate's little sister! Awesome!
Vik dawg! They are still here!
When I hear this song on Radio U, I tend to speed.
Yeahhhhh I’ve got the best name 😌

Not Thursday, but No Devotion (Geoff's and former Lostprophets members band) just released new music 3 days ago.
Both Thursday and Mudvayne are back though.
Also thats where all the Intel CPUs went.
Cute.
feels..
This is incredible, like Gojira' flging whales
Story of the Year brought me here

FUCK YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Heavy sound
< L o s t m y s e l f t o f i n d m e >

Ok, that's got to be one of the weirder videos I've seen.
Squarecles?
fuck i missed them
A lot better than the new circa

Amazing song. The drums in this are incredible but I wish they didn’t have the children singing in this
Some Stranger Things vibes
I dunno why I read Amberlynn lol
