My name is Matt Estlea, I'm a 26 year old Woodworker from Basingstoke in England and my aim is to make your woodworking less s***.
I come from 5 years tuition at Rycotewood Furniture Centre with a further 1 year working as an Artist in Residence at the Sylva Foundation, which is where I began growing my business. I then returned to Rycotewood to teach Evening Classes for 2 Years, while also teaching City and Guilds Furniture Making for 3 years. They were some long 12 hour days!
In September, 2021. I resigned from teaching at the school to focus on my own business.

You must be rich. Do you own that place or are you renting it? Renting something like that here in New York State, usa, would be 3 to 5k per month. Whats rent like in the Motherland?
also you have everything in that shop but a 3d printer. hmmmmmmm? edit: did i just see a 3d printer?
put a metal grate between the woodworking and machining areas. it'll help keep you from tracking metal shavings into the wood area & vice versa.
Oooo good idea, I'll look into that.
Me an my dad did this when refitting his workshop, we also grabbed one of those low power magnet sheets, you know the big ones that fridge magnets are made out of.
It mad cleaning it out much easier, tho you could probably do the same with a few rare earth ones on strips

Impressive stuff. I have to figure out how to fit out my 200ft² workshop. I'm very jealous of that space but also in awe of how much work must have gone into it.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this space, but I very much envy you only needing to figure out how to fit 200ft of space as opposed to 2000. What a nightmare haha

2:09 Now thats a good idea. Only found one local timber yard that project packs but they are just blankets of wood. I still need to cut which is good but this idea of already cut is also good.
Yea it's been super popular already. I've got a company called Surrey Timbers doing it for me at the moment who are doing a great job.
