Buyer's Wish List for June 2023 I need Your Help!

I have buyers looking in Northwest Indiana for their next home and I need your help!
Who do you know looking to move? I have two buyers currently looking for:
1. $150,000 Max. Open to most parts of Lake and Porter County, really depends on commute to work. Likes South Hammond, Hessville, Hobart, Lake Station and Portage. Open to other towns as well. Minimum 2 bedroom, would consider homes that need cosmetics, but would like something move in ready.
2. $200-225,000. Crown Point, Cedar Lake, Lowell, possibly Hebron, St John and Schererville. Three bedrooms preferred. Open to needing work and/or updates. Condition not as important as location.
