No way! I was already about to subscribe but you reviewed my favorite band! This is awesome! If you get a chance I recommend two shoes, and the wine song as they have different vibes but both exemplify the bands different strengths as well.
Would love to see you dive into a couple of their other tracks! They're such a fun band, and props to their label for backing such a young and experimental band way back then.
I don’t think I’d call this ska, but I don’t know what I would call it. Honestly it always struck me as more of a Hawaiian style vibe, but I feel like you would recognize that if that were the case. They hit on a bunch of different genres across their songs, so it’s hard to pinpoint anything. The interesting thing about this band is that they didn’t have a guitarist until, like, 2011. Which was incredibly unusual, especially in the era they started making music in. Hope to see you get back into more Streetlight soon! And more of this band, too. They’re pretty interesting. Honestly, just seeing you back off the hard rock/metal a little bit in general would be refreshing.
The Chariot or The Wine Song are legendary tracks. Nice you got onto The Cat Empire rabbit hole! Awwright!

You should check out the track *SAVANT* by Solar Fields from the game Mirrors Edge 2. It's amazing.
Keep up the great work
