Maybe try to find old silo somebody’s wants gone or see if contacters have some cement there teary out being so close to town old harveststores work well to be safe hope kelly getting as good as can
I remember being a little boy plowing beans about 3 imches tall and was scared to look back and bobble and plow up beans. I got to the end of the field to turn around and my plow come unhooked and was on the other end of the field. 😅😅
Considering those culverts have no support for the dirt I think your gonna continue to have a lot of problems with them. The angle of the banks looks like it causes the water to swirl, which eats away at the dirt. The dirt is too soft and just slumps off. If you had a clay lining packed in tight and then decent sized rock on top it would hold much better. Could also look into putting some sheeting around that area maybe. looks like that little stream is causing pretty bad erosion all along its banks. I imagine its gonna be a problem that only gets bigger every year until its fixed right.
Why not put a piece of field tile pipe in that spot where you got stuck, it would dry it up quick, thanks for sharing 💪🇺🇲🤙✊👌 if it gets wet again, it can run out, great work
@@todd1808 Everybody surely knows how a chain can break and fly back at you and you ask why? The Yankum ropes have kinetic energy which give a smoother pull.
I'd be afraid of falling in one of those holes. Good job guys.

Dirt work looks almost as good as Kelly’s tan!! Glad to see you got the tractor and scraper pulled out.
Great work fixing the culverts. Nice to see you working together.
It's a good thing Robert Joyce wasn't there. He would give you an earful about getting in the mud. Don't ask me how I know.
If he would’ve been there I would’ve listened to his wise words…unlike other people. 🤣

Can you get a railroad tank?they sell them up here in Indiana for culverts
Mrs. Kelly did you ladies enjoy y’all Cruise 🚢
We all farm challenging land and like I say welcome to the swamp mother nature seems to win every time and I'm getting sick of fighting her

I which you had stones for that culvert like we have on our farms up here in Wisconsin.
Thank you

At least you used some good looking quality tractors. Not like the green thing.
Do you think leftover cover crop seed or planting something like Bermuda grass in the culvert areas would be a waist?
We farm around the 45 par in wi, would be interesting to know who she is!
She farms in Curtiss 😊
@@KellyGriggsFarms small world! That's only 50 miles east of me! They have wet heavy ground where she is!
So when the scraper separated from the tractor none of the hoses broke?
Fortunately no. They popped out of the quick connects
Either and fire will seat a tire quick lol
Yaw need to getcha one of them Yankem ropes instead of a chain....😀👍👍👍🙏

Do you use liquid in the tires ?
No. We have very little need for extra weight

Ever seen RIP RAP 😮
Came here to see if anyone mentions rip rap about 50 -60 tons per side would be a good start
Probably a bigger pipe also
Farmers are either playing in the dirt or the mud.
It does look good though ❤ ….take Kelly out to Dinner
Do you hate the dirt that provides your living? Mud is dirt with a little water, both quite necessary.
