    Thank you for going slow enough for a beginner to clearly see and keep up to learn how to crochet. I am 48 years old, and have always wanted to learn, beyond the very few very basic stitches. You are my favorite,

    #CrochetMadeEasyPearlGomez Hi Pearl! I came upon your tutorial as I did a search for a lacy shawl. I clicked on your tutorial and so glad I did! I love the way you teach. I just became a new subscriber and I hit the 'bell' so I will get updates when you do a new tutorial so I won't miss it. I also had to give this video a 'like' as well. :) Thank you for going slowly and showing us where to put the next stitch. xx

I am a beginner in crochet and love it. This is the first thing I have made and it is going to a very dear friend for Christmas.
    Thank you again Pearl. Love Patricia

    Loved your video! You are easy to follow and understand. More concerned in technique and pattern for the beginner. Would you demonstrate how to hold yard pertaining to tension? Thanks!

    • @CrochetMadeEasyPearlGomez
      @CrochetMadeEasyPearlGomez  7 років тому

      Thank you so much. :) So glad I could help. I do have tutorials in my Absolute Beginner Series ( See playlist) on how I usually hold the yarn. If you are a beginner, it will take time to understand how tension works. But, do not worry, try and practice a few simple patterns and you will be a pro soon!

    This is amazing Pearl! I am a newbie and you are the best teacher. Thanks a lot!
    May you please tell me how much yarn do I need for making a scarf like the maroon one which you showed in the beginning of the video?
    What do I do if I run out of yarn? How do I add a fresh reel?

    • @CrochetMadeEasyPearlGomez
      @CrochetMadeEasyPearlGomez  7 років тому

      You are welcome my dear. For a standard scarf you might probably need 2 skeins, but again its totally your preference. In case you run out of yarn you can always join your new yarn easily. I will try to upload another tutorial on it. Bella coco also has a video on it where she explains it easily. You may check her tutorial too if you like. Happy Crocheting dear. :)

    • @CrochetMadeEasyPearlGomez

      Well in the UK, there is no single crochet stitch, it usually starts with the double or half double stitches.

    How many chains to make a baby blanket using primrose stitch?

    • @CrochetMadeEasyPearlGomez
      @CrochetMadeEasyPearlGomez  6 років тому

      The number of chains will depend on how large or how small you would want your blanket to be. Its totally up to you. Also will depend on the size of yarn and crochet hook.
