Thank you for This beautiful pattern I did a blanket and it turned out very beautiful and I put your UA-cam side on my Facebook on my friends I’m sure they’re going to follow you to get the pattern
Hola maestra MELADORA. La felicito por enseñarnos esta preciosa puntada. muchas gracias. para una bufanda. Dios la bendiga Saludos de Mexico. 🌿🌻🌹🌻🌹🌻👍👍👏👏👏🙋
Well Meladoea, you did it again. Another great pattern and video. I for one like it when I don't have to keep on replaying a step of a video to see where the hook is going. I hate i when I get to the end and find out I missed a step. Thank you, one of your manny viewers.
Oooh, pretty! Love this stitch! I'm itching to do a scarf and hat. But I'm also thinking it would make a pretty table runner. The possibilities! Thank you for another great tutorial.
I'm hoping you'll see my comment, as you posted this stich 5 years ago. If the stich is in sequences of 8, plus 1, wouldn't it be 25 & not 26? 8, 16, 24, +1? So far that is what I am confused on. Thanks so much Meldora... Hope all is well with you and the family in Israel. All the best to you, Always.
I had this pointed out to me before. I wish I could change the video but once it's on UA-cam it's set in stone. I did add a correction in the description box though. I'll post it here for you. **CORRECTION** multiples of 8 + 2 not 8 + 1, sorry for the confusion. The pattern page has been updated.
Hi Meladora! I know it was quite awhile you did this tutorial … but I wanted to ask you if you have a “last” or finishing row for this stitch? I’m doing a stitch motif blanket and I’d love to know how to finish this stitch! Thanks so much! Hope to hear from you soon!!🧶🤗❤️
I did an afghan using this stitch. Maybe it can help you www.meladorascreations.com/double-sided-afghan-free-afghan-crochet-pattern-crochet-baby-blanket-pattern/
@@Meladora1 Thanks so much!! I’ve been a fan of your channel for quite awhile. I read your story on your blog and it was fascinating!! I’d love to move to a different country. The fact that you did all by yourself speaks volumes of courage and determination! Have a great week!!🧶🤗❤️
This is a very beautiful pattern! You do great work and are really fast lol...my only suggestion would be to slow down a little for beginners/slower crocheters like myself ;) ...Blessings to you ♡
Just FYI... to slow down the video, mouse over the screen and locate your 'settings' icon on bottom right. If you click on your settings you can change it from 'normal' to either very slow or very fast... quite convenient when learning a new stitch and seeing it in real slow motion.
Hello hun. Tysm for all your beautiful work and help. I was wondering what type of pretty boarder do you think would look best on this stitch, in a baby blanket. again ty
Love this beautiful pattern!! Question, for rows 2 and 4, after SC in the 1st stitch, do I “chain 3” before starting the DC? “Chain 3” was mentioned in the beginning of the video for rows 2 and 4, then when row 2 is repeated in the video, it no longer says “chain 3”. Same thing with the written pattern. They are not consistent... so should I “chain 3” for both rows after SC in the 1st stitch? Thank you for the beautiful pattern!
Love this! Two questions: If you wanted to change colors (make color blocks, for instance), which would be the best row to do it? Also, if I use this for a blanket, would a border be a good idea? If so, do you have any suggestion about a good border? Thanks!
+Sedgwick Heskett Best time to change colors is after the row goes flat. You'll see it once you do a few rows. Hard to say about a border, guess it would depend on the border you wanted to add. I think the blanket is fine as is though.
Pretty! Can you confirm the multiple? You said 8+1, but then you said you chained 26 to start. 8*3=24+1=25. I would love to use this so just wanted to double check. Thank you for another great tutorial!
On the website where the written pattern can be found she states multiples of 8 + 2. For the scarf she says she chained 26. I'm getting started on a scarf right now, will let ya know if it didn't work out. :-) This is a beautiful stitch!
is there a written pattern for this? I'd like to make it, but I don't want to sit in front of the computer to do it....thanks for the great video and for clarifying the stitch multiple.....
i managed to crochet this stitch! very confusing initially. .. after a few rows... everything stitch gets in the right spots. just follow this video instructions carefully n u won't go wrong. I'm making a buttoned shawl wrap....
hummm I really liked this pattern as one color I never really thought about it. I guess if I was going to change colors I would start the same place as you said, change colors on row 5 after the repeat ends on row 4.
I have followed the pattern & the video. I attempted to repeat row 3 for row 6. It doesn't work. I attempted it many many MANY times, still doesn't work. A little assistance would be nice please. And thank you b

It's a repeat pattern. If you were chaining 3 before, then keep chaining 3 for the repeats

nice& use fully.
I would like to do 2 colors. At what row would I do this, after row 5 when repeat starts ? Love the tutorial. !
hummm I really liked this pattern as one color I never really thought about it. I guess if I was going to change colors I would start the same place as you said, change colors on row 5 after the repeat ends on row 4.
I have a question.. if it's multiples of 8, how did you mananage to chain 26? I know it's plus one but I'm confused. Could I do 33? Since it's 32+1?
8 x 3 =24 plus the 2 art the end is 26.

what row is best to end the scarf with? and thanks for great tutorial, and beautiful pattern..
Maybe a row of single crochets for both sides or go all the way around the scarf. Then add a nice border using those single crochets. Or add fringe.
Is there a hat tutorial to go with the scarf would love to make it as a set
Afraid not
Do you have a sweater that I can use to do the st but for woman sizes?
I have followed the pattern & the video.
I attempted to repeat row 3 for row 6.
It doesn't work.
I attempted it many many MANY times, still doesn't work.
A little assistance would be nice please.
And thank you b
I would like to make a sweater with this st. Can you please tell me how.

How to crochet premer baby blank
ive tried and tried and cant print out the free pattern for shining star
+Ruth Green cut and paste it to windows notepad, then print it from there
Hola maestra preciosa puntada.Muchas gracias. Dios la bendiga. Saludos de la Romania!!!!
i cant find the printed pattern
on your video you said 8 +1 and on the written pattern it is said 8 + 2, which one is right?
Pattern is always the most updated information
Sorry but I am confused about the multiples? If it’s 8 + 1, why did you create 26? Wouldn’t it be 25 instead of 26?
**CORRECTION** multiples of 8 + 2 not 8 + 1, sorry for the confusion. The pattern page has been updated.

@@Meladora1 it took me a bit but i did a sample where do i go to get the pattern? I love this stitch

multiples of 8 + 1 is 25, not 26.
Correction: This stitch is done in multiples of 8 + 2
hi
❤❤❤❤👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Way too fast to teach
26 is not a multiple of 8 +1. It is a multiple of 8 +2. 25 is a multiple of 8. 8x3=24+1=25
That's already been established long ago, but thank you for trying to help
Check video dates 😊
I didn't see it that much the tittles were in the way. 😟
Did see much of what?
Титры на верх лучше ставить а то не видно что вяжешь
