Honestly, shouldn't whoever the legal guardian also be held accountable when a minor commits a crime? Parents or legal guardians need to be held accountable for failing to prevent things like that from happening.

That mother just lost all 3 children on xmas eve. Did you not think this wouldnt end badly the way youre boys so easily pointed guns at each other. Im pretty sure this isnt the first time they have used them , if it was that easy to use it on a family member. I cant imagine how many other people they have used them on. Smh. So sad.

The 22 year old had the first boy at 16 ! Hope they get the 6 year old and 11 month old out of that environment. Or this will happen in the family again !

With all due respect...if you enter a gun free zone, you have to leave your gun in a car, locked. I live in Washington state and am a conceal carry. To enter some places, I have to leave my carry in my truck, in a lock box. No choice as it is the law.
