Here are some other ideas they could implement - A social media system A fans system (their happiness and numbers) it will also contribute in season objectives . A youth team basically you could have an under 20s team and can win mini competitions Or sign a few players up for volta tournaments around the world but they will become unavailable to use in league games And maybe chosing a voice for your manager
And also being able to change your club kit every season and being able to edit players hair and stuff I'd like to change Neymars hair colour every season lol
I have a couple of small features for future fifas: For the player of the year, when they announce the winner they should also show the top 10 players of the year, similar to what ballon dor does when they release their top 35 (or 30) The player that is captaining a team should act like a captain in gameplay. Meaning if Maguire is captaining Man U then there should be a cut scene or something in which he commands the squad. Finally the last feature also has to do with captains. You should be able to select your 4 captains for the season similar to how la ligas clubs do (im not sure if other leagues do it).
Recorded statistics for each player, youth league, positive/negative relationships, more injuries, more emotions regarding international call ups - debuts - breaking records - testimonials etc, stadium customization, new career mode interface, more in depth scouting reports.
When it comes to youth academy even if they can make it as a generic youth league if they can't get a premier league youth licence for it, that would be fantastic, I like the changes they made but it's only a small stepping stone, as for kit creator, licencing will always be a problem when it comes to career mode but a good way would be to for now just have a selected amount of kits say an Adidas team, selected amount of Adidas kits to choose from, like the kind of thing they have for your pro club team, obvs have to keep the sponsors etc and you can only unlock it after season 1, I think that would work for now until they can find a way long term

Instead of adding kit creator(as it interfierces with liecences) they can only add kit clolour changer so the sponsers will also not change and the colour of the shorts,socks can be changed each season.

I wanted the ability to check info from other matches from your league and other leagues too across the world, so you can check who scored, who assisted, who got motm ect it will also help you analyse your upcoming opponents, a player playing in a different league/ country it’s too basic just having top scorers charts and player stats which you can only see the teams playing in your league/ cup ect

Think they need to completely revamp the scouting system in career mode, it’s useless and I bet barely anyone bothers using it. Doesn’t even work very well
I've always found the process of changing/browsing for jobs very frustrating and just completely unrealistic, so my idea is this: As well as the player transfers, a system of manager transfers exists in the game. Managers in the football world get sacked, retire or move to other clubs for better money. These movements create jobs to become available and for you to apply for it. It doesnt matter how good your manager rating is, you get to apply for it no matter who you are. Your manager rating would obviously boost your chances of getting the job, but you would compete with better managers depending the club you apply for, for example: I apply for the liverpool job and have a rating of 78, but Zidane got sacked by Real Madrid and also wants the job and beats me to the job with his rating of say 85). If I applied for a job at a less elite club like Middlesbrough, I'd have a better chance because not as many high profile managers will be after the job. I would also create an additional 'historic' manager rating. If you've won a european treble in the past but then haveone bad season, big clubs might still take a punt on you based on your historic rating. What this does is creates a more immersive feeling of being a manager and would make getting a big job more rewarding, especially if you like to start careers with a small club (like me). It means you arent stuck at your current club if you arent punching above your weight, and if you are doing well, you dont have the choice of any club in France one day and then any German club the next for some reason.
I agree that you should be able to customise the kit at the start of every season (except for the first obviously). Just put the pro clubs kits and new ones in career mode and you keep the same club badge on the kit.

For huge games like UCL and derbys, we should be able to walk out with children. It'll be nice to have more realism. It'll also be nice if they could catch footage of the area around licensed stadiums. For example if you're playing with Tottenham Hotspur then it'll be nice if they would catch aerial footage of the stadium and surrounding areas like in NBA 2k20. It'll be super nice if we would be able to train on the field in front of fans. Not an entire crowd but like a few people in the stadium would be nice. I think that it'll also be nice if the players could walk out in jackets (from the team). It'll add a little more of realism. It'll also be nice if they would do a tunnel cam like on PES. It'll be spectacular if they would add the women's leauge besides national teams. And I can't specify enough how bad we need women's UCL and nation's leauge.

I've been playing career mode on FIFA 18 on switch and one thing that has infuriated me is that I signed four players on pre contract agreements only for two of them to end up in my squad the following season one of the players that I was denied was kylian Mbappe who was sold to PSG AFTER I'd got him to agree to to the pre contract agreement. I suspect the game has a glitch that only allows two pre contract players to join a team per season even though all four agreements were ratified and documented in all the ways one would expect. Just a little bit of bad programming to break the immersion, not like EA cares when their bread is buttered on ultimate team
Probably 10 years behind in sports games. Sounds about right. When the ps3 was released ea stopped focussing on career mode and all that stuff, from then on it was only making profit with ultimate team
I would love an option to sign a contract as a player. I’m not sure how it works with outfield players, but as a Goalkeeper in Career mode, signing a contract would be a big feature.
i think the first step is having an actual atmosphere in the stadiums, celebrations are often unrealistic where the player just celebrates on their own maybe with 2 other players. Also every game is always a sell out, how about when youre not performing visually the attendance drops and you see emptier stadiums
Social media is massive so that should be in there to see how fans are feeling and to try push good publicity for the club. Also be pretty cool to have a short highlights show made up you can watch of other games that week too.
The kit customizing option is something needed, you can't go with the same kit for like 5 years, even the stadium, I don't know why they don't add all these things when career mode is the main factor for people to play FIFA basically.
FIFA NEEDS TO IMPLEMENT CONNECTED CAREERS. EA Sports has put that feature into all their other sports games. It would be awesome if you & your friends could manage different squads across different leagues. Squaring off in Champions League bouts etc. Or even Co-Op career mode where you & a buddy can play as a club. I think that’s something everyone would love.
Enquire about a player is a great shout more realistic that way too! This is what clubs constantly do is he for sale? Yes/no and how much they want if yes!
I may be weird, but I wish there was a slider for ref strictness. I can go multiple games with no cards whatsoever. It's not realistic, and there's not much risk with sliding tackles and jockeying, IMO.
I want to see better tracked stats like over a players whole career with every club they played for more updates on what happens to the club after you leave
We had the creation centre a few years ago, which let you do a lot. Sadly, they decided to remove it. I'd love more realistic transfers. Tired of seeing kane or koulibaly both go to madrid in january

Would be good to have some in fifa .aye aswell one at the end of games where you can select an opposition player to swap shirts with and can accept/decline I think fifa should add An option to change your morale as always is on content etc and can't change and should be able to do something with your wages and be able to negotiate as a player like you do in manager career like what's the point in having a wage thing if doesn't really do anything.
I feel like custom jerseys would work even with licensing. If you’re Man Utd, their kits are Adidas. EA can just ensure that next season, you only have Adidas customs kits to choose from in the next season and their same colours with their sponsors still there. Idk why it’s so hard for them. Same with City, just have EA ensure only Puma jerseys can be chosen.

Hey vapex so how about the manager contracts. I can play the game for 10years and never ever get a single contract. For a game that tries to make its game as realistic as possible, there is absolutely nothing real about that. And they can add manager sponsorship deals and press conferences outside of a match day. After all the mode is about the manager and not the team. I think we have been playing as a manager/president mode all these while. EA can do a lot to make this game a monster of a game as compared to what it is now😁😁

@vapex karma THANK YOU VAPEX KARMA! Ive been saying for years that we should be able to alternate shorts, socks, and kits just like Madden...all to deaf ears. Almost every top football team alternates now, and it at least helps a little to prevent boredom as you go through career mode.
This is all great, and I do like what you do when talking up Fifa and what needs to in the career mode however EA don’t ever listen to its gamers it’s money grabbing stealing company because all they want to do is big up FUT which in my opinion is another form of gambling it’s disgusting. The new career modes are good and yes in the right direction but it needed more simple as and they know this.

The main things I’d like is a youth league, one you can play (ice hockey does this well) and for the stats to continue throughout a players career!

Also this would mean EA adding more jerseys for each license to the game. Maybe have 8 adidas kits, 8 Nike, 8 puma, etc

Hey vapex so how about the manager contracts. I can play the game for 10years and never ever get a single contract. For a game that tries to make its game as realistic as possible, there is absolutely nothing real about that. And they can add manager sponsorship deals and press conferences outside of a match day. After all the mode is about the manager and not the team. I think we have been playing as a manager/president mode all these while. EA can do a lot to make this game a monster of a game as compared to what it is now😁😁
What if they added multiplayer for career so u can manage Barca and your friends can do Madrid and city and stuff like that

why is FIFA 21 career mode only about manager career mode and not pro career mode when its about cutscenes and such it annoys me ... wish I could choose what to say when winning the golden boot as a player
Being able to fully sim and watch a match without having to control the goalkeeper or any other player. Its possible in pes to not select a side and just watch the game, why not fifa!

More official league's more rest of the world team's all licensing if not more official stadiums make more modern generic stadiums or a create features I would love to see both EA & Konami get full rights & see who does it better

@vapex karma THANK YOU VAPEX KARMA! Ive been saying for years that we should be able to alternate shorts, socks, and kits just like Madden...all to deaf ears. Almost every top football team alternates now, and it at least helps a little to prevent boredom as you go through career mode.

This is all great, and I do like what you do when talking up Fifa and what needs to in the career mode however EA don’t ever listen to its gamers it’s money grabbing stealing company because all they want to do is big up FUT which in my opinion is another form of gambling it’s disgusting. The new career modes are good and yes in the right direction but it needed more simple as and they know this.
