Hello friend, Actually you can do this from left to right. The method you apply is totally the same, because the position of the data doesn't matter. Hello David, Glad to help. At 1:20, we just copy the formula =$E2="Not Started" and past it in the Format values where this formula is true text box. In this formula, E2 is the cell where the first drop-down list is located, and the text “Not Started” is the value in drop down list you have created. Have a nice day. Sincerely, Mandy
