Ah yes, legendaries. The legendaries that are in the game. The ones that are totally dropping. The ones I have so many of after a full playthrough, beating every boss and doing every greater rift and buying 30+ purples from the vampire emrchant. Those legendaries. I love them.

@@terribletimmy2 30 GR rifts in + 36k shards (4 castles running Gardens) I've seen, grand total of 1 legendary from Vendor. Second from raid. Then there are ppl that get two legs from three boss kills...

I kind of wish they would use the term "Sleep" or "Mez" instead of "Stun." To me, "Stun" implies something that shouldn't break during its duration
Stuns don't break on hit though, that's incapacitate.
@@Google_Censored_Commenter Ahh yes, reading helps. LOL thanks! I've not looked at the skills for over a year, not sure why I thought it said as such. Even outside of the video calling it a stun, I thought of it as a stun as well.
Depends what game you play. In wow stun is the non breaking, Incap is still something that breaks upon a hit. But I agree, makes no sense in a way.

I would love videos about loadouts/builds to get the most out of the Dracula armor. I know i just need to get good, but it feels like im building wrong when i just pick things i like that i think should work well together.

i found the spear E is insane for getting people who are wolf running away from open world pvp. they never expect it and it does come out really fast
I think the Legendary weapons are pretty cool in that they alter our weapons in sometimes completely different ways. I wish we had ways to craft our own weapons that modify our spells/effects.
For example, the Sword being unholy is whatever. Obviously would be better as Static or (Chill for a frost build). Same thing with the Slashers. I don't really want static slashers, and storm shield gives away your position when you're stealthing, I'd rather they be Unholy to apply condemn so you can blow them up with your other spells.
That being said, I think the Leech Slashers aren't completely awful. It can work for a leech build, my friend decent success with it and shadowbolt, especially with the vampire curse jewel. The E on those slashers is gross though. I'd rather it be the stun. The Leech slashers ARE one of the only legendries that add spell power. I think the others are the Reaper and the Xbow.
Personally I rock the frozen mace with full dreadplate, frost dash, cold snap, and I rotate my 2nd ability either Void or Soulburn, and then the illusion wisp ult. With Warrior blood and the spell vamp amulet. It's incredibly tanky. I also run a non-legendary 1h sword with frost, damage reduction, spell vamp, and movement speed.
I think the strongest legendariy is the spear. Especially with Discharge and Soulburn. Such an oppressive build.
I think the Wings of the fallen is an interesting weapon. I have a mate who runs as much weapon cooldown as possible to spam the vampiric curse as much as possible. I think if you can CC someone to stop them from iframing the vampiric curse pop it can be okay. But it just seems inconsistent and very conditional. Id probably prefer a decent stat regular slashers than either of the artifact variants which is a shame.
Yeah it's a little weird IMO. I think if they're going to remove the stun, it needs SOMETHING else with the curse. Honestly, I don't even think they need to remove the incap personally, since, again, it can be d. Also, other weapons have insane bonuses so it's just like ???
@@terribletimmy2 It is actually a pretty good weapon as it gives substantial bonus to move speed which allows you to escape/chase or allow you to land the E more easily, and it gives you versatility. You can apply the curse in certain situations (for instance, you do not have a strong follow-up) as it puts quite a bit of pressure on the opponent as he has to reserve his i-frames waiting for the curse tick to dodge it or respond to your following attack, but eat the damage and give you the healing.
However, you still can incapacitate opponents if needs be. If you have a spear Q or a strong follow-up spell you can use 15% move speed from the ability and swap the weapon mid E to proc the incap.

the burst is magic burst and heals scholars due to blood lifesteal

Does using the new blood (using grapes) and using it to drink have any extra effects on you? Maybe length? Anything?

I agree about the pistol artifact, I use my purple pistol that has static and with atk speed and crit more than endbringers.
yeah I originally got baited by how much damage the E was doing in beta, but come to find out, it was a bug that allowed BOTH cast and recast to proc rogue veil crits and shouldn't have been doing as much damage as it was consistently.
It's still good overall, and probably useful in some situations, but overall I'm not planning on wasting my time pulling for Endbringers.
Being able to walk at an enemy is so underrated.

Is vampiric curse from wings of fallen damage based of physical or spell? If spell is it worth running with scholar blood?

Dont sleep on spear e, think of it as extended whip e, i use it at 1.5 whip e distance roughly. Its a good fake at that range, axes dont reach that far and you can get spear q with it.
It's EXTREMELY easy to counter/block/dodge/. You're giving up a weapon skill that forces you to "all-in" someone at close range. There are uses for it, but a good player will be happy you used spear E every single time because it's throwing away valuable weapon skills CD
Endbringers are pretty good. Roll-auto auto-recast is good damage.
Big damage on e for sure, but imo the consistency on that is going to be pretty tough in open world, and even arenas.
Thats funny man i done so many rifts and only a spear dropped but at playtrough when i played it but i didnt saw any other legendary weapons to drop tbh
you mention that s like pistol e and slasher q were nerfed this patch but didnt say how, did i miss smth big? gameplay wise i didnt notice any difference
Pre patch all weapon abilities had the same CD (8 seconds) but with 1.0, all abilities that give s were nerfed and are now a base of 10 seconds. The weapon CDR on some of these helps a bit to mitigate that nerf.
4:18 Spear Q actually isnt the highest, its Pistol Q, dealing 1 more hit for static and another 40% phys damage (spear being 210 over 9 hit and pistol being 250 over 10). granted this is only relevant against bosses in pve since against small mobs it throws them into the next zipcode and in pvp youll just get stunned from discharge
What’s some of the better weapons for PvE if we’re not talking about personal preferences?
The overall best imo is pistols, but every weapon can do well.
The ones I'd say that do the best would be reaper, axes, pistol, greatsword, longbow, whip, pistols.
Sword can work, spear isn't ideal later into the game, slashers do work and are very safe, but are extremely slow, crossbow also works but struggles in some fights. Mace imo feels very sub-par in PvE. The artifact version would probably be solid in non-bossing though.
Personally I've found Pistols and Axes to work really well. It probably helps that I got Static on Fan the Hammer for the Pistols and Leech on Fury for the Axes. Anything that lets you deal with pack mobs and puts extra damage on stationary targets from range will help. Having attacks that help with repositioning can help too, so you can still dodge things if Veil is on cooldown.
Twice now I've gotten the Morning star. Both of them are bugged. The "E" attack doesn't leave a circle of fire. It just stuns. Anyone else encounter this?

i dont know if its a bug or just luck but i bought well over large chest size worth of purple slashers from vampire merchant and ive only gotten about 8 wings of the fallen and no cloud dancers

i like my mage/summoner playstyle and youre telling me that the legendary reaper has condemn in it? well i get a new goal aside from my endbringer pistols that i already have...Adam will not be ready for it(i hope) but still trying to get the jewels i need for my main spells since im not good with wards or counters...if only those reapers had the chance to also summon the skellie mages as well that would be the cherry on top for me
Yeah if you're into summons and reaper, they made pretty much the perfect weapon. It's awesome.
1 tip i can give you is that the dracula set with spell build stats and 100% scholar already give you max CDR of 40%. The legendary reaper gives you 10% more on top of it so u might want to use the movespeed set. Or you can use a rogue blood. Just mix and match and be careful not to have dead stat.

Spear Q hasn't been the most damage of all weapon abilities since years ago. That change was one of the first balance patches. If you land 7 hits and recast at the last hit, it's 190%, I don't think you can land all 8 and still get the recast, but that would only be 210%. Reaper E is 210%, Pistol Q is 250%. Also, not every weapon is designed strictly with pvp in mind.

Yeah that was meant for PvP.
There is a single way to land a full reaper E and no feasible way to land a full pistol Q in PvP.
not just the shard bosses, but the level 83 bosses also have a chance to drop purples (and assumably artifacts), but the drop rate is honestly kinda abysmal
You can actually get purps from Paladins as well, but idk how worth it is to farm them.

kinda weird to me that you can't reach max power or at least max synergy if your preferred weapon doesn't match your preferred magic.
What kind of setup are you looking for?
My preferred magic is blood, my preferred weapon is either scythe* or greatsword
@@Venzynt So with this in mind, I would still run this reaper. I'm assuming you're a caster mostly? Not running Bloodrite Bloodrage right?
If you're PvE, Reaper is still VERY worth it here since you can use it to spawn skeles to have the benefits of summons to distract while staying back to cast. Greatsword is a bit of a different story, but something you could try is your fav blood spell + void. Void pulls targets into a predictable spot, allowing you to Greatsword Q a group of targets instantly with a very predictable path.
Alright so how do you get these fucking things? I just want the Red Twins but I've done like 50 rift incursion events and bought 6-7 axes from the merchant and haven't got a single gold weapon. What am I missing?
It's entirely RNG dependent. Keep doing incursions, keep buying from merchant, and in the off time, farm lvl 80+ bosses

The strongest hitting attack isn't Spear Q and it's also not the Pistol Q. It's the Longbow E, when on full focus. It's 120 + 50 + 3x50 (focus charge) = 320.
The weapons are actually good designed as they aren't actually (much) better in most cases.
Edit: Dumbster tier is the Hand of Winter. Why put a freeze on the E when it's already an incap, besides those absolute trash stats. Siren's Wail has actually crazy good abilities on both E and Q. The stats are debatable.
Edit 2: There is another mistake. Frost is actually good against bosses - If the target is freeze immune, it deals 25% damage + 25% from the new passive. Making it as much damage as ignite but it can be triggered way more often compared to ignite, which can only be prolonged.
I don't really consider longbow E (or pistol Q) in the conversation for most damage, since I'm only really ever considering these weapons in terms of PvP first and foremost for their viability. If someone is letting you hit them with a full longbow E, it doesn't really matter what weapon you use against them.
Spear Q on the other hand will do more damage than Longbow or Pistol 100% of the time in PvP scenarios.

So that's already an uneven equation including a (very) strong bias.
Sure, the Spear Q is tried and tested, which doesn't mean necessarily that a new mechanic won't catch up with reliable setups.
Discharge nerf ,making reaper e unblockable with counters and reworking soulburn to make it lower defense and just silence for 0.7 sec with higher cast rate would probably fix most of my problems
Like holy molly only way u could counter discharge counter was sword q or wait it out but with recast it is unbreakable defense
Even just making reaper E do what it did pre-gloomrot would be huge. Discharge for sure needs some kind of change. I will say though it seems to me to be the only thing keeping move/atk speed longbow in check... Idk what else we have that would actually punish it.
And yeah, at this point I think soulburn just needs a rework of some kind. Make it a counter to work quickly in close quarters, but not as crazy as it was with .2 second cast time. That way you can also have some more interesting PvP oriented jewels

Yeah I've been enjoying that in Arena. Def feels better, but idk. I feel like you get discharge so fast in OW and then you're kinda just screwed until domina, and then you HAVE to make a whip for it I guess? Idk. At least it's playable that way though

Struggling to kill Dracula on normal (solo)- which legendary would you recommend for him? I got wings of the fallen and Dracula owned me when I tried 😅

Use slashers, pistols, reaper, spear. Spear q reaper e for damage while the rest for s. Leggos arent necessary but the whip has perfect stats and deals % damage so it's good. Play safe, there is nothing in phase 1-2 (normal) which should make you greedy.
Drac guide coming in a little bit, but for normals, I recommend using double counter and then working him down with pistols if you find it hard to strafe his stuff. If you're ok with strafing, then morning star destroys him. morning star E pistol Q is insane damage. Throw discharge in there to apply static (use it with the jewel that gives immaterial after 3 storm shields) and you can be doing some seriously insane damage while staying very safe.
Rogue blood and armor helps with move speed to be able to dodge his stuff as well.
Just take your time on him, whittle him down little by little and you're golden

Haven't experienced any bad optimization or even memory leaks on my end. What server did you get it on?
@@terribletimmy2 i can see your game is super smooth! Im on official servers but 1.0 has been worse for me than EA. Game starts at a strong 70fps even of castles then dips to 40fps and stays there until u restart the game

Wings of the fallen is criminally underated, funny how ppl think its bad when its secretly broken.
How so? You're giving up one of the most important skills in the game for what essentially amounts to a singular delayed crit that can be easily d and then punished.

I get that. I will say you don't necessarily need to use spells that match the weapons in every case. Some for sure need it (mace and greatsword, and probably crossbow), but otherwise you should be able to get away with using what you want to use otherwise.
Crossbow doesn't really need it to run well and the fear doesn't last long for hitting weakened (2 sec), but it does benefit if you do run pure illusion as it's higher chance for fear to hit from it E skill

Pistols are insane. The artifact variant is good for mobbing, but not necessary for PvP or mobbing.

Yeah the current purple weapons (epics) are now exactly what the old legendaries used to be. They're infused with elements in a similar way, just not with unique weapons skills like the new legendaries
