This is bc when they’re brand new, policies are put in place and heavily enforced to train the new staff. Therefore, corporate is in and out of the restaurant making sure they are following recipes and cooking standards as well as cleaning standards. They have training managers on the shift 24/7 for a few weeks when they have a grand opening making sure things are perfect. In the morning, from 11-12pm, the food is the freshest. 10 is too early, at that time they are serving reheated meat and beans from the previous night. I managed there for a while. I definitely know the rodeo.

U need tons of sour cream on the side, tons of their vinegarette, tons queso, tons guacamole and tons of salsa. Eatting ur tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, salad bowls, quesadillas...pour or dips all ur foods in the dips...its awesome. Get ur burritos double wrapped n they dont fall apart as easily. Take the sour cream n pour majority of it in the vinegarette, put top on it n shake it up throughly. It makes a very awesome tasting sauce!!! Or u could take the salsa n mix with the sour cream, they call it dragon sauce (i think). Very good sauce as well!! N eat everything with chips! Just some tips since Chipotle is new in ur area. Lot of people dont know about the Chipotle vinegarette. A must try!! So glad u got a Chipotle in ur area now. Hope to see more videos of Chipotle! ❤
The limited time only chicken pastor is my fav. But they just took it off the menu and put the brisket. U must add the chipotle honey vinaigrette to everything. They also have 3 variety Tabascos for u to pour. Also u have to dip the chips into the bowl for that crunch.

Best order in my opinion: Chicken bowl or burrito, black beans, brown rice, lettuce, roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo-green chili salsa, extra sour cream, fajita veggies At the end of the day ya'll are spoiled as far as food in Canada. Even fast food chains that started in America...they always have more and better options in Canada.
That bowl did NOT have eveything on it! Theres no onions, peppers, guacamole, lettuce, corn, or tomatoes . They definitely CHARGED you for eveything but they didn't put everything
