I personally consider that moment on Enies lobby to be when she actually joins the crew. Until that day she was just travelling with the straw hats :). Probably not correct, that's just how i always saw it.

Sanji serenading Robin as he delivers some cake for her is when I think his simping is done well. He's such a hopeless loverboy. Meanwhile, so many other times he just comes off as desperate and a bit creepy. This is why I really liked Sanji in the Live Action. I want more of this dramatic romantic Sanji.

You're probably saying this as insight towards Robins life later on in the series. There's many things that are obvious at 1st, but people don't realize it until a while later, or they rewatch scenes.

So nostalgic. It wasn't the time skip, but Nico Robin was the one separating 'Old One Piece' and 'New One Piece'. It went from light hearted adventure manga into a very deep story full of intrigues. If you take a look at the original concept art for the full crew, you can even see the concept for Brook and Franky (and Jinbei too) there, but no Robin. Nico Robin was created as a trigger and plot-mover after Oda finally decided where he's going to go with the story.
zoro is always the final boss of the crew.. whenever the crew is almost gets fked up zoro will always be there for the straw hats. Zoro saves everyone when they're drunk and asleep at Whiskey peak, Zoro saves Luffy by enduring all his pain in Thriller bark
And Now In Our Generation, Nico Robin is the Most Important Person of One Piece by Reading Poneglyphs and Knowing the Whole Story of Void Century and Become The Most Wanted Woman In the World. Without her Luffy didn't make it to claim the One Piece. And The Dark History of the World Government. 🔥💖
