Hi Tom, thank you so much for your information. Have just finished my build and works perfectly thanks to your work and Jay's. See you soon buddies and fly safe!! 🙂
Really appreciate the key piece of advice that "it's not worth it" but hey, very interesting! Please do a vid on how to insta remove screws with a finger tap, that's an awesome skill ;)
I went the solder to board for motor wires route and it worked but it then gave the issue of the metal casing not fitting so i had to mod that too. I was thinking i should have gone the wire cutting route but you have to choose one and stick to it. If the board soldering was that bad i can still cut the wires, you can't move to soldering to the board after cutting the wires. One thing that might make things easier for anyone following this along is to cut the wires at different lengths so the connections are not all in the same place on the arms. Easier for the cables to lie next to each other. Also the range suffers a little having the aerials on the inside of the plastic so i moved them to the outside, zip tied them up and taped over them for protection.

good idea about the connection points on the cables, also didn't know that about the antennas, another good tip
Great video 👍
In comparison of DJI Avata 1 with Axisflying 3.5 vs The New DJI Avata 2 stock, which one would say it flies better in Acro?
Thanks
Avata 1 with axis
@jeremykip6441 Awesome! Thank you so much 🤙
does this make it a lot faster? or what exactly is the purpose of doing it ;) fun video though!
top speed no, but a lot more acceleration and maneuverability
man awsome UA-cam channel, you gotta post some more videos with the Avata.
Have you changed the settings of the drone itself?
nah, nothing on the software side
g8 video man!

Why does Tom looks as brazilian as it gets on this video? Is it hot in Australia right now?

Re solder and try again
Can you make more fpv videos with Jesse please

No, DJI care expires if you change anything inside the drone

I burnt my ESC board... TIP FOR BEGINNERS: Learn how to weld firts!! A kit cost you $15, it's worth it believe me....
6 min flight without action from above? You just ruined the drone!
