My Figure Skating Stretch Routine | Pre & Post Skating

I am far from a professional so sorry if I do something wrong! :x This is just the routine I do before and after I go figure/roller skating.
DISCLAIMER PT2
Be gentle with yourself if you give these stretches a shot pretty pls. Listen to your body and don't push yourself past your limits. These stretches are difficult and if it starts to hurt reel it back a bit or take a break. Consistent stretching will help you gain flexibility and break those limits eventually, just be patient with yourself (: & Stay Hydrated!

Previous to your figure skating journey, did you do any other sport that required
Flexibility? I noticed that you seem to have extremely good flexibility for an adult beginner, your spirals are amazing! I’m an adult beginner myself and veery jealous 😅
