Fender TWO TONE AMP - A Modern Classic

- I'm playing a killer 2001 Fender Custom Shop Two Tone Amp. This is the only amp I've played that features a 12" and a 10" speaker in the same cabinet. The cabinet is solid wood and features an semi open back with an oval shaped hole. The amp itself is actually a standard 15W Blues Jr. The speakers are special design from Eminence. I'm using a 2008 Gibson Les Paul R9, a 1976/80s Fender Stratocaster and a 1978 fender Telecaster Deluxe.

BTW, I just picked up a Fender TWO TONE amp, but haven't had a chance to put it through its paces as I'm in the mist of relocating homes. Will try to update once I'm able to setup my new Man-cave and play it a bit...🎸😁😁🎸

No lie Johan, this last Sunday, I sat down and drew out a pyramid shaped, 3 speaker amp. A 10" on top, a 12" on the left bottom, and a 15" on the bottom right. The rear would be like an Excelsior, with the power amp on the bottom and controls and board on top. Fender should really do more amps like this, they would slay in todays market. Maybe one day....🤔P.s. My amp would have a built in power attenuator, a reverb tank and tremelo, and a dial for different speaker combinations.

I´ve always wanted to put a 10 Gold and 12 Gold in one cab. I thought it would sound just marvelous.. Hey no - I am SURE of that, and I will do it 🤩 now just the baffle....
It' s a great speaker combination! The Blues Junior is a very pleasing amp to play in its stock form, but with this configuration and cabinet it lifts up !💯cheers!

With that bigger enclosure and 2 larger speakers, it didn't sound like ANY Blues Jr. I'd ever heard!
(But that's TYPICAL of any little, small box combo amp! )

I had a 1st Gen Bugera V5!
It wasn't bad for a small box combo, but when I plugged it into bigger speaker arrays, it was a totally DIFFERENT animal!

I really liked Gibson this time! Someone broke your channel, and I thought, maybe you need me there?😮 Surprised and thinking about, I highly realised, that this is NOT you - I know, how you are writing, and when someone want to give me Gibson for "free", I stopped. But I wrote you quickly on your old video, to check comments. 3 days later everything disappeared. But I asked this person, if Simon LARSON standing after that challenge. Mr. LARSON 😂was just aching for see me 😅 So, be careful - I am your old padavan, and I know, you never speak this way, but first minutes being at work, I was driven a little... So, this is the last Sunday story. Day later everything disappeared from your page. Damn kids - on vacation they are trolling every channel. See you REALY, and I hope, I are not gonna send me something. I need only the knowledge, material values I can get well!

2x El 84 is absolutely pathetic in all incarnations of any guitar amp. Play one and you´ll know. But with loads of postproduction, you might get the funny idea that it is as good as say the 1987 🤣 or DR504 even, lol.. Christ, those little tubes know nothing more than just shattered glass, and needles and pins. I ve got one from Orange, another hot rodded AC30 from Dr.Z... and 2068x, I never play them anymore and never will.. they just collect the dust. El 84s are nonsense if you are into the real guitar amp sound...
