I’m torn between raving about this pedal and keeping it a secret. I own a TS-808, a Tumnus and a Boss BD2W. The Snouse BB is so much more dynamic and articulate than the rest. It might be all I need.

I ordered a pedal from the Snouse Electric Company of Denver Colorado over 6 months ago. Since placing my order, I received nothing but excuses, delays, and misleading assurances regarding non-traceable tracking delivery. If you order from Snouse, caveat emptor.

My favorite pedal on my board. Great for blues, "lighter" Hendrix (with the presence way up), Frusciante, etc. It's the second pedal in my chain (followed by a cadre of various OD, Dirt, and Fuzz boxes), but I play almost everything with just this, a Philosopher's Tone, and a Hermida Echophonic. Love this pedal to pieces. It's been on my board for 2 years and isn't going anywhere.

Hey man I just picked one up and I'm not sure why but it seems to have so much bass/flubbiness in lows I can't dial out. Is this just the sound it makes?

Could be my imagination, may be because it apparently blends dry signal in.. but I swear it seems to selectively apply clipping. To me, I heard clipped high(er) frequencies with cleaner low-end signal in some configurations.
I like it. You got a lot of great tones out of it. I also like the idea of splitting and boosting particular bands of frequency.. sounds like something I should try on a breadboard to see what can be done with a (frequency) selective OD.

Hello Andertons people. Can you make a demo-video of modulationpedals for slide-guitar and lapsteel? I would like to know if it is possible to get a good sound with slide and for example an organ modulationpedal. Can a slide guitar sound like a Hammond organ or like a Rhodes? @@snouse Love my Black Box! I own a POT, and I've struggled with getting it to sound good with my amps/guitars. The Black Box into a clean amp gives me tones that no other drive pedal I have can match! My friends almost beg me to bring this pedal over when we jam so they can play through it!
