I took both the oral and axillary temperature of my patient for the compliance of my return demo requirement.. but in real life procedure it should be done separately of course.. and by the way, the thermometer I used is dual purpose, it could be for either the oral or axillary sites..

Youre using digital termometer use it on axillary not on oral
Digital thermometers can be used to record temperatures from the mouth, armpit or rectum.
It can be used on the mouth armpit and rectum, i already retdem that

It's TPR (temperature, pulse, respiration) not ppr. It's a sheet where you input/blot in a graph your patient's vital signs..
