This is done using Lumion 2023 Render rendering software for architectural visualization. It’s a great 3D render software that saves a ton of time for architects because it helps you achieve the level of detail and realism not available in any other similar software.

Both are acceptable. But the best thing is to actually use Lime Exporter plugin, this way it fixes automatically the leaves material.

@@NunoSilva3d moving into unreal.. the king and future standard of real time rendering.. sometimes I go into twinmotion since its getting way better and for people that want quick renderigns I use enscape now and there.. no need to go crazy and buy a 5k software that requires another 5k pc to run it .. hhahahahaha...
and for personal stuff. I use vray n corona.. but am slowy moving away.. very slow hahahaahahahah
