That first stop you made you didn't find anything but that happy child commenting in the background made it worth while lol That green vase bottle is really pretty
Thank you so much for rescuing the praying children! I love them!!! Maybe put them in your next WhatNot sale? I hate the poor doggie was cracked, he was so cute! Thank you so much!
I live in the Northwest Territories in Canada and there has been little to no production of inuit soapstone as it has been found that the silica that is dusted off over time and inhaled may cause cancer. So artists no longer create the beautiful carvings that once were very desirable. Although, if safety precautions are used, it should be ok when carving. Its sad really, People cant even give them away where I am from. Nobody wants soapstone in their homes and work environments. Anyways, just thought to share. ✌️
Love that "bell means feeding time" I rarely go to our bins here because of how rude the people are. Great video. Love hearing the kids giggle and laughing 😃
I have had about 10 David Winters cottages and they all chip . You would think he would realize this and change his materials. I lived in a cottage much like his cottages while my husband was stationed in England . Would love to go back thrifting . That is how I got into antiques and vintage .
Went in today expecting nothing and found....ohm'gosh, a Bergman cold-painted bronze whippet. (doggie) Best find in about two years. It's out there; it went to a store by mistake and they had zero clue.
I just about died when you didn't even give a Second Glance to the segmented wood bowl at 9:23. Not all are of the same quality of course but it looked good. My father-in-law makes them and they sell for a pretty penny you should pick them up and look at the bottom they can be signed just like pottery
The two dogs, would be something I would put in my garden, if I find something cute but not in good condition, they go into the garden. My husband hides dog cookies in the garden, and he will put them on the bunnies and cat figures.
I feel the same way about blue items that you do with soapstone. Blue is my least favourite colour and I just feel *no* vibes to pick it up, so I don't. I know I'm weird, I also collect clear glass LOL
grandma Kathy here it's always so good to see you I hope you're doing well haven't heard much from you lately but I hope everything's well and that your kids are good and your your boyfriend Andrew just bless you in Jesus name
I would have been tempted to buy that doll 🤦🏻♀️ only because her name was “Flora Belle”. That was my great grandmother’s name… I don’t know what the heck I would have done w/it… but the temptation would have been there. 😂😂
The Maryland Goodwills really annoy me sometimes. The prices are crazy and I feel frustrated for you trying to scrape together a handful of decent items. Maybe I'm just cranky today, but needed to get that off my chest.
Today is Thrifting day for me as it’s 25% off for seniors at Salvation Army (Goodwill is 10% over 55 everyday). My sales tanked the last couple weeks but wasn’t just me, hoping for improvements soon. What happened to Dagnie?
I’m sorry the awesome puppy was damaged 😢. I’m always amazed how you spot something good under a stack of stuff..the plate with gold shells for example! That’s why you’re so successful
McCoy pitcher should have a bowl to go with it(the pitcher and bowl). The candlesticks may be Heisey. The heart shaped dish- Heisey? Austin Statues and sculptures are popular.
There was a wash basin to go with that McCoy pitcher. Wonder if it was there somewhere? Also, Fontanini has baby Jesus separate from the manger so he can be placed there on his birthday.
I was so hoping you would figure out that the dog had a big crack down the middle of him. I noticed it when you put him in the cart, but of course you couldn’t hear me yelling at you, lol
"It's that a samurai?" Nope, but it's Star Wars Darth Maul action figure and if you see it again I suggest to pick that up because they are quite expensive 🤣 and in the US you will certanly have a client pretty soon 😎
every time we happen to see your feet and you're wearing crocs it reminds me of the video when Andrew was i nthe car accident and he was ranting with "who drives in crocs!? In the rain!" lmaoooo
Colorado here, too. And yes, I can't believe the stuff in the Goodwills where she is. I find decent stuff every once in awhile but there's no way our shelves look like that.
I'm pretty sure the selection isn't always as good as it looks in her videos. I sometimes shop some of the same thrift stores she does when I'm in her area, and one time I'll see TONS of stuff, the next time...not so much. It's the same where I live, although the best thrifts here are still not quite as good as the best ones where she is!
Walkersville is where I found a New love seat for $14.00. I have found so many lovely peace’s for my house from here. I left my home four two years to live in Walkersville with my mom to take care of her till she passed. I got beautiful side board for $40.00. Dinning chairs $7.00 a piece and may more beautiful things.
The word you were looking for when searching for a stopper, is foliage. However, the crystal item you found is a vase, so I don't understand why it would have a stopper. That would be more likely for a wine decanter. Do you ever check ebay comps?
I would of kept an eye on that abandoned cart unless it was by the restroom😄 I like that light green bottle. Now I want to know if it glows.🌟 Oh No! Doggie is cracked.😩 but I was so happy you decided to get the Boy and Girl sitting at the Table with a candlestick was neat!💜👍🏻
Thank you for the video you know you will find something and some things you always do but anyway thank you for your video I enjoyed it and I’ll catch. you on your next one
@N Anderson you can see a space at the top that holds the insence cone the smoke, then drops through the hole and over the wheel like a stream of water.
HAHA, you're probably right tho I've never thought of it before. Mary was more than likely about 13 and Joseph was probably about 30 but it was 2000 years ago so I'll let that one slide. LOL.
That first stop you made you didn't find anything but that happy child commenting in the background made it worth while lol

The bell ringing at Walkersville is from the back lot of the store when your car drives over the hose for donations
Love that "bell means feeding time" I rarely go to our bins here because of how rude the people are. Great video. Love hearing the kids giggle and laughing 😃
Think you missed the Waterford tag on that biscuit jar…
I got a crystal biscuit jar exactly like the one you found in this segment when I married in 1979. I still have it!
I am very jealous that you can get up off the floor so easily and quickly! 😂 I so enjoy looking at vintage finds.
Wished our goodwill would put stuff on a shelf rather than on top of the clothes rack! Yes, short girls nightmare! Hugs, love, and prayers from Texas!
I noticed that when I was in Texas! It is a little crazy.
Yep. In Texas and the same thing. They finally added a couple of shelves.
I loved the clear glass etched elegant candlesticks! I think you should have picked those up. Us older thrifters like clear glass.
I have some of the tall, clear, flowered vases. They were won at carnival dime pitches back in the late 80's.
I have had about 10 David Winters cottages and they all chip . You would think he would realize this and change his materials. I lived in a cottage much like his cottages while my husband was stationed in England . Would love to go back thrifting . That is how I got into antiques and vintage .
Sorry to the other Channel I was watching….. I’ll be back AFTER I watch CLL at Goodwill!!! Yay!! 💜🫶🏼💜🫶🏼💜🫶🏼

I also have zero clue lol
On my way to google "Bergman" bronze statues?
@@kirstenrissling879 I just did the same thing…learned a lot. They are fantastic!
On a much smaller scale I found a Murano single stem elephant foot vase for £1.25. Worth about 10 times as much but I'll be keeping in my collection.
It’s always so fun to just browse the shelves and look for art, craft inspirations. Store looks nicely organized!

We had tha statue with the books on a mantle when I was growing up 😍
I think that coppery brown planter was a haeger......no wonder you were drawn to it!
It's fun when you find those vintage finds that uou know are worth so much more. Love your vidoes and family.
Love watching your videos so much good stuff

The statue of the two kids were cute.
With TWO pairs of praying hands!!
I was thrifting this week in Southwest Florida and I caught myself saying "That has a GIANT chip/crack" and I would smile... :)
Our Goodwills here in Michigan are not like yours. Wish they were!
I feel the same way about blue items that you do with soapstone. Blue is my least favourite colour and I just feel *no* vibes to pick it up, so I don't. I know I'm weird, I also collect clear glass LOL
Thank you for sharing. Nice walk through Sometime never know what you will find
I totally enjoy your videos!! Thank you so very much for sharing this!! Much Love, 🤗🌷❣️🌹
grandma Kathy here it's always so good to see you I hope you're doing well haven't heard much from you lately but I hope everything's well and that your kids are good and your your boyfriend Andrew just bless you in Jesus name
At the very start, that blue and white boot. $$$$$$$$$!!!!
That bronze planter was Hager.
I would have been tempted to buy that doll 🤦🏻♀️ only because her name was “Flora Belle”. That was my great grandmother’s name… I don’t know what the heck I would have done w/it… but the temptation would have been there. 😂😂
I love going shopping with you!
At some point you are going to HAVE to pick up that California pottery mug as it’s now become a “thing” from your visits!
That clear glass fan shaped item is a bookend

Oooops! I think that is the Lenox Mary that goes with the baby Jesus you bought before. 😮
Foliage = FOL - EE - AGE.
Cheers.
I’m sorry the awesome puppy was damaged 😢. I’m always amazed how you spot something good under a stack of stuff..the plate with gold shells for example! That’s why you’re so successful
One reason, anyway...
That pig you picked up next to the owl looked vintage
Hi❤️ I have the light green bottle vase too…I’ve had it for a long time, it must be vintage😊
McCoy pitcher should have a bowl to go with it(the pitcher and bowl).
The candlesticks may be Heisey.
The heart shaped dish- Heisey?
Austin Statues and sculptures are popular.
I was literally laughing with you while you found those "puppy dogs" :)
There was a wash basin to go with that McCoy pitcher. Wonder if it was there somewhere? Also, Fontanini has baby Jesus separate from the manger so he can be placed there on his birthday.
The New Hampshire drinking glass was from Cat Studio. They retail for $19.00 each.
I recognized the State of New Hampshire map on that glass. I lived in New Hampshire for more than 30 years.
“Feeding time - fresh cart!” 😂accurate 😂😂😂😂
Thanks for the shopping trip.
Ohhhh! That heart plate! I am loving on that!
I was so hoping you would figure out that the dog had a big crack down the middle of him. I noticed it when you put him in the cart, but of course you couldn’t hear me yelling at you, lol
Didn't you get some stoppers at one of those outside markets awhile back?
You did fantastic at the what not sale with figurines. Save it for a what not sale.
Thank you Jocelyn
"It's that a samurai?" Nope, but it's Star Wars Darth Maul action figure and if you see it again I suggest to pick that up because they are quite expensive 🤣 and in the US you will certanly have a client pretty soon 😎
It's funny how your cart gets color coordinated ! Today is primarily cream & beige !
😂 I’ve noticed that too! It’s funny how my brain works like that.
Some say that Mary was probably between 13 to 15 when she birthed Jesus.
every time we happen to see your feet and you're wearing crocs it reminds me of the video when Andrew was i nthe car accident and he was ranting with "who drives in crocs!? In the rain!" lmaoooo
I will never stop being blown away by how much BETTER your thrift store selection is over there. Coloradro’s SUX. :-/
So does Missouri’s

Do you watch Yvon Thrifty Rich? She's in Colorado and finds all kinds of treasures!
@@virginiaf.5764 exactly. Not even close. Plus pricing is hideous. No margins left.
What's wrong with vintage Avon? It is highly collectible where I live in Canada.
I enjoyed the video today blessings
I think the first figurine in the black outfit was from starwars. His name is darth maul. Very cool figurine. Just an FYI 😁

How much did you pay for the unpriced pitcher?
. 35 that was Darth Maule. For Andrew lol. Star wars.
Did you see the silver menorah?
I did! Lol
Me too! At 17:18!

You need to dig more. Don't be afraid
Thanks for sharing!!
The brown waterwheel you picked up and put back looked like a reverse flow insence burner.
Oh, it looked to me like an aquarium piece that would have a bubbler pushing bubbles up through that hole in the top.
@N Anderson you can see a space at the top that holds the insence cone the smoke, then drops through the hole and over the wheel like a stream of water.
@@rogerparker329 OK thanks, I learned something new today (the whole purpose for reading the comments section!!)
What not sale for all those dolphins? You get a dolphin, you get a dolphin, everyone gets a dolphin!

Hey we missed you yesterday
"I don't know those people, also she's missing an elbow" LOL
🤣🤣🤣
The McCoy pitcher would of had a bowl. I inherited a green one from my Uncle.
I think most things get broken when people shift them back and forth on the shelves incorrectly
That Spaniel was sweet, so sorry it was cracked.
Looking forward to this video.
Jocelyn, you should’ve got that stain glass lightHouse that was in the cart there. They’re usually pretty good on money.
You bought 2 praying hands in the boy/girl figurine
The children seems to have followed you from one Goodwill to the next!
Good to see you p
Thanks 😊
Re: the blue pottery with the hole in the top - if there's a hole in the top it becomes a vase.
There were lots of holes in the sides too. 😂
I liked the plate
Nice job.
Gator trip was too funny. Your new line, I don't want my family to be eaten by an alligator!
Was the beautiful glass with the lid a Heisey?
My mornings... coffee, vitamins and Jocelyn. Yesterday, I have prepared my cup of coffee and... no Jocelyn 😭Why? Why? Why? Don't do this to me, please
😂 I sat down to edit the video at 9 and by 10, I was like… this isn’t happening.
@@CrazyLampLady I love watching your videos ❤
Lol “she’s missing an elbow” funny woman
Some nice finds
Lol I'm in New Hampshire
I need that girl reading in my life. Show us where you put her!
Just found the exact one at my thrift store!
What do the letters on the bottom mean? It looks like grease markers- China markers.
Apparently the letter indicates the price, so it’s a way they can check if someone swapped the price sticker
Did you visit any thrift stores when on vacay in Florida ?
Yes. ☺️
Love the video ❤️❤️
Who makes the statue of the girl reading? I love her!
Thank you 😊
Just found her and the boy figure with books to match!
@@jeannettewilliams9974 aww sweet!
One day you will re attach your black light & get batteries 😅
