i know this is an older video but I wanted to thank you so much for this video. I'm newly pregnant (miscarried first pregnancy) and THIS is me! I'm emetophobic and bc of that have been so scared of getting pregnant (but of course want a baby and time is no longer on my side). The non-stop obsessing over how NOT to feel nauseous has already dug its claws into me and I want to thank you for reminding me that I don't need to live like this for 9 months no matter what happens. I'm grateful for having stumbled upon this and so happy that I'm not the only one with these feelings. xx

I TOTALLY get this. Talk to your OB or midwife. YOUR mental health is so important too! I am SO happy I told my OB about my OCD and my emetophobia. It made such a big difference with my last pregnancy to have my nausea meds on board!!!

Great video! As someone who also struggles with OCD (and ADHD), and who is a Mom of 2 toddlers, I relate to a lot of what you're saying. Also, all your content about teaching parents how to raise kids to have a healthy relationships with food and their body is very informative and useful. You are clearly very passionate about what you do. 😊
