Kyrgios unfortunately has serious issues with his mindset, behavior, and basic decency, a person teetering on the edge of instability. If it were up to me, I wouldn’t even let him set foot on the court anymore. His attitude has somehow gotten even worse; he is the epitome of what you’d call a bad person, someone who is downright detrimental to sports and everything sports are supposed to stand for: respect, fairness, and integrity.
Maybe you need to step back, breathe, watch a few episodes of Good Trouble with Nick Kyrgios and see if you can climb down from your incredibly high pedestal. I sure hope you don't have kids who you scream at every day. Judge, judge, judge.
@@sportslover2356 Unfortunately, Kyrgios’ behavior both on and off the tennis court speaks for itself. He’s an unstable, rude, out-of-place, arrogant troublemaker, and I’m not afraid to say that someone like him shouldn’t even be allowed to play on the ATP Tour given his current mental state. Personally, I see him as a circus clown; no offense to actual circus performers, who at least bring professionalism to their craft.

Fantastic performance by Bautista agut! Efficient accurate shot making really thought he would be up against it facing kyrgios but he absolutely outplayed him
You’re representing your entire country with Lleyton Hewitt in your corner and Rafa Nadal cheering your opponent on, and he still acts like this. I’ve never seen a more overconfident, borderline narcissistic tennis player in my life
Also, I must say Hewitt is a total madman for still trying to reason with him to essentially give him psychological counseling and he still just brushes it off like nothing.
What a team mate, accusing his own team for his failures. WTF it matters if some people sit or not if you are leading 30-0? Arrogant, mentally weak guy, also a patzer. Hewitt tried to pamper him like a small child but of course Kyrgios lost
Nick is not a top ten player in reality. Sure he hits some crazy winners, but anyone in the top 100 can go ham and hit crazy winners. They don't try them in matches because it's a low percentage play.
@ He lacks the ability to be consistent. His serve is probably the best on the tour and one of the best of all time. Outside of that he’s not that special. He’s tall, but his movement is not that great.
Kyrgios' tried and tested method in coping with adversity is to press the self-destruct button. Imagine turning against your own team just because of something as trivial as the team sitting down during a point in his first service game. Of course it's not his fault for throwing away a 30-0 lead. It's his team's fault for sitting down.
the thing with the jerk Kyrgios .... - he really does best when he serves with a will and hits the second serve just like the first. he is a streaky player and i would not coach him at all. if he has to think about a shot .... that is not his game. i would coach him " when you are on, you are on ..., there will be some slumps, but you have to realize it is mental and also realize that a slump can end in seconds - if you do not overthink it. " Kyrgios problem is obviously mental and it is entirely up to him . He needs to enjoy playing tennis or quit.
I have a lot of sympathy for Lleyton Hewitt, having to manage Kyrgios in a team, Nick is very talented, but mentally unstable. I loved the composure and solid performance from Bautista Agut 💯well done team Spain👏🏾👏🏾
Por mas estupido, incompetente, irrespetuoso y bruto que sea una persona, no es motivo de apoyarla ni celebrarla ni rendirle pleitesia aun siendo nuestro compatriota.
@stephentracy3881 "alright" is relative. His Captain Hewitt is far more accomplished than him and yet he's railing against Hewitt over the most trivial things.
@mikerzisu9508 I think he would have done better. He was choosing between basketball and tennis as a junior, which means he was good at both. But with such emotional outburst, team sport would be a better fit, since you have the support of the whole team during competition. You could see that Kyrgios did better in double tennis.
He would have done even worse in basketball.... In tennis he has the biggest cheat code of all.... Height(reach) and serve ... the two most devastating advantages in tennis . Yet he still cannot pump himself up in clutch moments and vents it out on people around him in whatever environment he is in... that's the absolute opposite personality of what you would want in a team... kyrgios is pathetic and mentality weak and acts like a child.. having the capability to be very professional... and that makes him a stupid loser..even the Aussies know that....
Hewitt was trying to communicate on Kyrgios's own level... in an attempt to make him give a better effort. It didn't work... and I wish Hewitt would have taken the entire team off the court and just left the little whiny baby out there all by himself.
I dont think he did anything but Hewitt wanted to win so he spoke Kyrgios' language in order to "get on his side" so that he could move him because he saw that otherwise, Nick is toast.
So many people complain about Kyrgios' behaviour, but Lleyton Hewitt was FAR more obnoxious in his day, and nobody seemed to mind. I just don't get that. You can see it here in this match. Kyrgios is unravelling at various points, because he's an emotional guy who sometimes struggles with the limelight and with pressure. And yeah, sometimes that manifests itself in inappropriate ways. But Hewitt ... well, he's under absolutely no pressure whatsoever when he audibly calls the opponent a "prick". Takes one to know one, you thick, repugnant man. I'm so happy Federer humiliated you repeatedly before you retired. Also, his coaching is TERRIBLE. "Great stuff, mate!", he says to a player desperately trying to stave off defeat. "You're playing well." Yeah, nice one, Lleyton. Any randomly-chosen person in the crowd could've delivered a greater level of insight. Kyrgios is at least possible to identify and/or empathise with, even in his worst moments of frustration. Hewitt is just a waste of a uniform. (Signed, an Australian.)
I really really admire Nick's game he is definetly one of the best talents this game has ever seen but man he is distracted too easily if he can somehow keep his mind in the game he can accomplish many things personalitywise he just hasn't came up to a person who can make him sit down or can't shout at but that is a problem since his younger ages I guess he grew up as a spoiled kid he has to overcome these behaviours...
Nick is extremely gifted no doubt. But man his attitude, his mental stability is just really strange. I know tennis is a very lonely sport with no offseason but still pull it together MAN! LOL
He has problems, bro, mental ones. He doesn't handle situations like "normal people" do. Not excusing his attitude, but it's hard when you have to battle two opponents.

Kyrgios' real opponent is himself.
RBA + team Spain, so much class, dignity, and talent. ⭐️

Not everyone can have a positive head to head vs Novak like he does
sure, but not just winners, he has all the quality in all his shots. Of course he lacks the will and effort to be consistent.

Federer and nadal do go for low percentage shots a lot

I wonder if Kyrgios feels ashamed of himself when he watches all these videos in which he blames everything and everybody but himself.
He probably laughs at how everyone is trying to help him on his team and behaves like a little B while he honestly couldnt give less shit :D

Seems like he's done alright
