তেজগাঁও শিল্পাঞ্চল একদিন মতিঝিলের মতো হবে।সত্যিকারের বাণিজ্যিক এলাকা।2024 সালে ভবনের উচ্চতা কম, আকাশচুম্বী ভবনের অভাব।এখানে সর্বনিম্ন 30 তলা এবং সর্বোচ্চ যতটা করা যায়।এই এলাকার মাটির নিচের অবস্থা ভালো।

Motijheel area also needs major redesign and revamp with newer tall and modern glass buildings as it is the main commerical area of Dhaka

hope major real estate companies bring out modern tall buildings in Motijheel and old buildings get demolished to house newer ones
