English musician, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist & visual artist, Graham Coxon is one of the most innovative guitarists of his generation, best known as being a founding member of blur & prolific composer. Coxon has also released eight solo albums & frequently composes for film and TV.
Coxon’s work as a solo artist includes the studio albums The Sky Is Too High 1998, The Golden D 2000, Crow Sit on Blood Tree 2001, The Kiss of Morning 2002, Happiness in Magazines 2004, Love Travels at Illegal Speeds 2006, The Spinning Top 2009 and A+E 2012. His work as a composer includes the original songs and score for hit series The End of the F***ing World 2018, The End of the F***ing World 2 2019, I Am Not Okay with This 2020, & his most recent Superstate 2021 released as companion to a series of graphic illustrated stories.
More recently he has been working with musician Rose Elinor Dougall under their collective ‘The WAEVE’ - releasing their eponymous debut album in February 2023

The song isn't very complicated, it's catchy. Graham can and does write more complicated and artistic music, but all of it is nice to hear. He is a great musician!
Blur is the same way and they just won a huge award, so I think he deserves praise.
Making fun of the video is like making fun of yourself because those are fanvids sent from youtube.
A great song, with an even greater video. A simple idea, beautifully executed, and made me think of the pioneering 'scratch video' techniques of Zbigniew Rybczynski, in videos like 'Close [To The Edit]' for Art Of Noise. Aside from that, though, it put a stupid great grin on my face. And that's the important thing. Lovely.

Oasis is fine, the Verve's...okay, and I really couldn't care less about One Direction. The pop landscape is so messed up there's no use in getting upset about who's famous and who isn't. No need to "unite", just listen to what you like, and be open to liking new things :)

Apparently if you stick up an advertisement on the internet asking people to dance for a music video, then that'll work to make people dance.
Have you ever want to learn arpeggio tapping, playing in fast tempo with odd time signatures that keeps changing, or experimenting with scales and modes in fast licks? Some of your songs are pretty hard to play, also very creative and groovy, you have the potential.. 😁
