Why on earth would you want to do that? But if you did, I mean we fit them with several o-rings to allow them to seal on the flow bench. I guess you could do that in a real world application. But not sure why you would want to use the oldest technology type of electronic fuel injector available when there is something better. If you were going to enter a shooting contest, would you bring your musket? You could....
If you want to modernize an engine with an inlet manifold suitable for the old styre hose injector, will the newer EV1 / EV6 o-ring injector seal towards the manifold? New fuel rail will of course be required.

Depends what the manifold was designed to seal with. Was it designed to seal with an o-ring or is it designed to seal with a grommet?
What size hose are you using over the injectors?
