Sick of customers who do not read what they are agreeing to. I really do not like bully tactics. Here is a case of a customer sending his BWM Piezoelectric injector in for service. Because he felt it was taking longer than he wanted, he attempts to bully us and left a 1 star review on Google.
Because he did not like the response to that 1 star review, left a 2nd 1 star review to try to get in the last word. That leads me to here where I outline the transaction for the court of public opinion to decide.
Was Injector-Rehab in the wrong in providing the expectations for the service before Jorge Ramirez purchased his service, or is Jorge in the right for not reading, understand, or asking questions before leaving TWO 1 star reviews?
