This speech cements the fact that as a death knight, you are a horrifying abomination of necromantic energy and unfeeling murderous intent. Created not to defend, or to protect...But to destroy. You are a weapon, unrelenting, unfeeling, utterly merciless.

I remember when I first made a DK back in the day and realised if you die you would be rez'd by a Val'kyr on the battlefield (although with a cooldown). I always thought how horrifying it would be, you and your comrades had managed to kill a death knight, completely battered and exhausted but you did the impossible. Then only to watch in horror as the icy glow returns to their eyes and their corpse reanimates, returninh to the fight as merciless and unrelenting as they were before.
@@Zedigan this is why the Scourge is still my favorite malicious force in Warcraft. The horror lies in the fact that it grows stronger the harder you fight it.

you just made me remember the books scattered in the Ebon Hold: 1 of them is an entry with the knights and their status including yours, but 1 of the knights was imediatly killed just because her name was Harmony and they didnt like it

@@Derakon_ i think you're able to find pretty much anywhere in the Ebon Hold where Morgrain stand when you create a Death Knight. Just look closely the floor for books and scrolls. If you cant find it there, try connecting into a private server and even if its not possible for you to find (which I hardly find it to happen) just tell me a link and I can send you some screenshots I took a few years about it, tho, the referenced character will be my own. PS: if you read about yourself in the beggining it wont show much about yourself but if you read after the boat's quest, it will say you're responsible for the massacre of thousand people

I have this entire monologue memorized. I used to make DK characters just to listen to it. I wish I could've stayed in the Lich King's service, haha. Sometimes it's fun to be the villain!
