Sorry, but that's weak. What if all the banks are doing it? If they are acting as agents for the government, and accepting some sort of benefit in order to enforce the government's agendas, then they are not private, rather they are agents of the government, and should be held to the same Constitutional restrictions as the government. We need an actual alternative to the banking oligarchy, not an endless choice of the "lesser of evils".
