I'm really proud of Isiaa Madden-Brownie the architect of the Pinnacle and the architect for Riu hotels Palace Aquarelle. Madden's well known name in the funeral business in Jamaica and Isiaa Madden director of Dovecot St.James.
I met the sales and advertising manager last week at business opportunity event and she advised that all the units in this development are already sold out with most of the investors are expatriate Jamaicans in the USA Canada and England. I was taken aback by the comments in the past from Jamaicans that this development is for foreigner. This is just a tip of the iceberg with respect to the affulent and luxury market. The fact that this development is already sold out confirms that there is a demand. Not all Jamaicans want to live in NHT housing and we need to build choices of residences for all segment of society
Just awesome..canr wait to see them all done...the gov need to remove all those businesses across the street and develope a row of 6 story condominiuns to enhance the look of the area
So where they are going to releases the sewage?into sea for the fishes to eat from it thenpeople eatthe fishes?,They are not concerned about our health.
This is a game changing project, and it seems to be going up very fast. Love it.
Drone View JA, you are always the best! Jamaica is taking shape for the better
Thanks always

Bro, love ALL your videos, but prefer when you narrate with your own voice; it's your brand. I'll still be watching though. Great work as always!

Well said
They need to also buy/develop high rise buildings on the lands immediately to the East and West of the current Pinnacle project
That’s my thoughts too. I hope soon.
There's a more detail video out on the Pinnacle? Jamaica's New Real Estate Dynasty The Pinnacle
You’re just showing us a drone video aerial view of the water. This should just be audio only because the video is nothing to look at.
I don't see anybody on the site. What's going on.
The shopping complex reach 2nd floor this week
Maybe the reason for that, is because I did Ilona Sunday.
Will it be white and Asian only or is it for the Jamaican citizens?
How tall will The Pinnacle Towers be?
In meters or feet.
@@oralacampbell6017 Both measurements would be good
28 floors
@waynemcfarlane1233 28 floors is not height its either it is ( 228 meters tall or 430 ft tall ) as example

This project not so active
Foundation alone takes a lot of work
@@bay876 yeah I know but u don't see a heavy work force there or more being done on site
Maybe it was video on a Sunday @@waynegrant158
@rohangregory2717 maybe but some site work going on every day
high rise builds are not a good look
But it's men putting up the money.
3 Chinese investors 😊
Blessed Sunday Bro
