I like how everyone now thinks Hifumi will get a lot more attention and meaning. And also, will have fun seeing how characters with the same VAs will interact. Btw, please don't let Haiji near either Kotoko, Hiyoko or Himiko. But yeah, the most fun part is seeing new character interactions. And I actually hope they won't put any hidden background lore and just make it a happy fun game.

On the other hand, he is a VERY good tool to show just in how much despair were the adults, ready to kill all kids. Haiji Towa was an incredibly powerful way of depicting that, being the face of all desperate adults that have turned into animals and o the contrary also being the face of what was the cause of kids to turn to despair in the first place. It is true what they say. There are no entirely bad characters in Danganronpa.
-Sonia will fangirl over Toko/Genocider. -Akane will try to fight Gonta cause he’s huge, but Gonta will refuse because gentlemen don’t fight ladies. -Komaru will gush about meeting Sayaka. -Korekiyo will attempt to learn more about Sonia’s country.

Sure, it would be cool if it was, but the game appears to be only for fanservice, and the insane amount of characters would make it very difficult to achieve (why would they put so much energy in a game that's not even mainline ?) I mean, it's true that they could be trolling us, but please, and i'm saying that to preserve your happiness, don't get your hopes up too much. if it does end up being a killing game, you'll be even happier, and if it doesn't, you'll be prepared for it.

For example: Kaede would have a scar on her neck and stab wounds all over her. Leon would have blood from his entire body. Hiyoko had a pale face and a bleeding neck.
When the "brawl" is mentioned, they're talking about the *expansion* of a game that already exists. Its a bonus game in V3 where you have the ultimates interact with each other, grow, and then fight monokuma robots in a Pokemon sort of style. Its not a new killing game. Its just an existing game that is expanded.

I'm confident Danganronpa S will be revealed to be a VR game for fans of Danganronpa from the Danganronpa V3 universe. So it will be a spin-off that will hint at a V3 sequel.
