I’m obsessed with Marie too! She has been a joy to listen to and learn from ❤. I know this series is a few years old but it’s still so relevant. You both convinced me to buy my first Birkin and I just love it ❤
interesting, but part of the birkin/kelly bag is machine stitched (inner pockets, front of the bag etc), some parts of the bag are saddle stitched (handle attached to the bag). Also the small leather goods most are machine sewn, if you check your hermes products carefully
These series with Marie is so amazing. Learnt so much from Marie. I added them to my everyday Hermès playlist and listen to them constantly. Already subscribed to her channel!
Another great video from the series! I'm loving them! Because of them I took a red Peekaboo to Marie and she made it look brand new. She's wonderful, very talented and kind, as are u! 💋 PS I just subscribed to her YT channel, thanks for linking it!
Love the series! Thanks for sharing so much knowledge with us xxx I wonder if Constance and Roulis are equally difficult to make given similar shapes - or is the Constance still the most difficult
Thanks so much, my fav series! I have a question, I notice on my picotin that are some parts where the sewing is straight and not slanted. Does Hermes use some machine stitching for certain bags? Thanks!

🖤🖤🖤 Aw yay! So happy to hear! Not sure, but you could always ask Marie
I think not all Hermes bags are fully hand made - definitely Kelly and birkin and Constance .. so picotin could be different .. I would love to know.
Thanks for this great very interesting video 😍👍🏻

So interesting
Hi Beautiful, I have Kelly 28 in Tadelakt Leather. People said easy to scratch! Can you please give me advice and knowledge.
Thank you 😊
I wonder if any of the artisans are left handed? Would you be able to tell from looking at the bag?
Super interesting question. Marie should be able to answer 🥰
