  • 🚨 Here's Week 4 of my "Hybrid Half Marathon Prep"
    Over a span of 12 total weeks, I’ll be documenting my journey in preparing for my first-ever half marathon.
    I’ll be dedicating 3 days a week to running + 2-3 days a week to strength training (while simultaneously working my Medical Assistant job before PA school).
    During this week, I started to adjust to my increased mileage, balancing work as a Medical Assistant, & spending time with family & friends!
