This is incredible, the amount of information being provided is extremely valuable. Take note because many people charge for this, but bro right here is giving the juice to help others. You're amazing, Luke!
35:06 great video! A part two on nutrition would be boss! Especially if focused on whole foods, and what we can get from them and timing, less a focus on supplements. I see that a lot of nutrition videos from sponsored athletes really just break down into an ad for supplements and most folks can afford food but maybe not hundreds in supplements. Thanks Luke for another baller video with great information.
This is seriously like pure magic, whenever i go through your videos i get jacked up and like my body gets ready for another run or hitting the gym…. Thank you so much for all the love and support..💪🏋️🏃
Luke is sharp man! Always focused but you can tell his drive is deep rooted and comes from within, he has a fire you can’t put out and spits in the face of fear. He always has resonated with me and now many others, forever rooting for you my friend✊🏽
Super excited about this video, literally started doing cardio a few months ago as well as going back to the gym for the past few months because of you, completely reshaped how I live since I saw how you were doing things and it motivated me like I never have been before. You’re the G.O.A.T
Thank you so much Luke!! I'm 16y old and a bit overwhelmed with all the information online so this video helped out tremendously!! You're definitely a huge inspiration to me
Really enjoyed this, super educational and super nice to get all of these things outlined and refreshed in my mind. Also loved the new Nick Bare pod with you today, so good 🔥 Keep the awesome videos comin 😊
loved this video, I knew you had a lot of knowledge and I plan to use the advice for strength. I have never done sets of 3-5 just cause I wanted to avoid injury, but I think I will start slow this week and see how it goes. Also I'm super excited for the nutrition video, I have noticed I am able to complete 2 workouts day, but I eventually mess up in nutrition and after a month I always slow back down again. Keep up the good work
Been running a lot recently with lifting and really enjoying it!! Would love to see a video detailing the nutrition side of things!! Much love Luke❤️🙏🏻
ive been lifting for a bit and I always heard that cardio kills gains but ive been running 4 miles 3-4 days outta my week and still lifting heavy I felt like I got stronger then when I wasn't running im thinking about trying out a 10k...this video really helped and had some really good info about becoming hybrid
Nutrition is definitely a struggle for me and how much I should eat. I have a hard time mentally eating enough to fuel my body and feel like I’m too concerned with how I look. Can you provide any tips on this? Or maybe it’s just me
Hey, Luke. I’m a cross country runner who wants to get back into lifting after taking a break. Is there anyway you could make a video that goes more into depth of you lifting and doing your full body training split?
Amazing content amd simple to follow. If you followed up on this with nutritional aspects for hybrid training, that will be epic for us getting into this lifestyle.
No way! So does Endurance (12-20 @ 50-65% 1RM) not exist anymore? I was referencing last year’s edition of the NASM CPT textbook so I might need to update my knowledge
How well do you trust your Garmin 255 on heart rate reading accuracy? I have the same watch and some days my heart rate will be Zone 3-4 when I feel like my perceived effort is only a Zone 2 effort.
This is seriously like pure magic, whenever i go through your videos i get jacked up and like my body gets ready for another run or hitting the gym…. Thank you so much for all the love and support..💪🏋️🏃

@@lukehoplife are the full body workouts in the triathlon training plan??
Do you spend time working on calves or do you just ignore hitting them? Should I hit them?
As an obese person, weighing 140 kg and being 1.73 cm tall, can I start like this or would it be better to look for something else?
What do you think about idea, to create Telegram channel, and make text posts like this vid?
How well do you trust your Garmin 255 on heart rate reading accuracy? I have the same watch and some days my heart rate will be Zone 3-4 when I feel like my perceived effort is only a Zone 2 effort.
I use a HR monitor 99% of the time
