China is a signatory of the UNCLOS Treaty which is going to be permanent as long as the United Nations exists, even after the Chinese Communist Government dissolves. You make me laugh. Just because China has signed the Law of the Sea Convention does not mean that the arbitration case is legal. There is no obligation under international law to settle disputes

Rules are only made by human! They can't be the perfect one The only God's rules are everlasting!
